Prices keep going up. We were here last year and it was $2 less (see photo) and here like 5-7 years ago and it was only like $4 for an Indian taco. Expecting to pay $20 if we stop back next year.

I was gonna take a picture of my fry bread, but I ate it already (basically inhaled it. it’s so delicious). This was the best frybread I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot ). It was freshly made, which was different and nice. The people there are superrrr kind.

Does not disappoint! We went sweet this time and got the cinnamon and powdered sugar frybreads. Highly recommend!!

A humble frybread shack located on the New Mexico portion outside of the Four Corners monument.

Stopping at Grandma’s Frybread Shack was a highlight of my entire road trip! The person tending the “shack” (which is a very nicely set up trailer-like building andhas plenty of shade), was super friendly and interesting to talk to, adding a very social dimension to my stop at the Four Corners monument! His frybread (which I took with honey) was stunning!

We had to have the fry bread after having it many times in the 1970’s.

Grandma’s frybread is amazing! If you are at the Four Corners Monument this is a must stop! Grandma is so sweet! I would recommend the frybread with honey or the frybread with garlic salt.

Boo for Grandma! We had our hearts set on her fry bread for our breakfast this morning. Read so many great reviews. Her website says she is open at 8:00. Closed when we arrived at 8:45! We know now how Clark Griswold felt when he walked up to the moose in front of Wally World. Darn you, Grandma. Maintain your website!!

There were three different fry bread shacks set up at Four Corners, so I’m not 100% sure I’m reviewing the right one (this is the only one that comes up with a google search).

It’s been hard finding traditional Native food. Growing up and attending family reunions, fry bread was the main appeal. This shack took me back to being a kid. It was delicious, well prepared, and had friendly service. Definitely a place you have to try when you’re at the Four Corners.
