I had an issue with the app where it took my money but didn’t confirm the order/send it to the shop. So I called the restaurant to check and see if they got my order and was told no by the man who answered. So he gave me to the GM Heather and she was fantastic. Not only did she stop everything she was doing (they were busy) to help me get refunded she even sent me an order for free for my troubles. She quoted me an hour for my food and it was there in 30 mins. Amazing customer service. Awesome team and GM will definitely continue ordering in the future

Food is good, their customer service is beyond rude. I asked to make sure if all the sauce I ordered was there and the guy take the orders said “should be in the box” with an attitude and gave me a rude face. As I was sitting waiting for my pizza, I over heard him complaint about the customers at the front counter.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered 2 large pizzas and 30 wings. The pizza was fine but the wings were slimy and soft. When I called back to ask why the wings were slimy and undercooked the manager working the floor told me that’s how their chicken is made and then proceeded to ask me in a very rude and condescending tone if I have ever eaten chicken before..and then said all chicken is slimy. Listen, I get it, food service is rough but I have never encountered a person so rude and patronizing. The wings were disgusting, my family didn’t even eat them. I asked for the owners number since Heather, the manager, refused to give it to me. I will follow up with corporate. If you’re reading this comment, skip this place.
