No one does breakfast better! Everything fresh and delicious! Try a corn beef slab with your eggs !! Lunch is great too… come early because this is a very popular establishment and they close promptly (see restaurant schedule) . Staff is friendly and the family is always present in the kitchen and in the dining room . Consistently awesome!

I love the breakfast at Nita’s. They had been closed for a bit while ownership of the place changed hands. It was very busy and the silver dollar pancakes I was craving hit the spot. The recipes are mostly a Polish cusine. in this small town it was difficult to get authentic polish food here. Unfortunately soon after the reopening the restaurant burned. Hopefully they will open up again

The best little polish breakfast and lunch spot around. Nita is usually pouring coffee checking in on everyone. Staff is wonderful. Food is just amazing. All day breakfast with authentic polish pierogies and kielbasa as well as burgers for lunch. The stuffed French toast is my favorite. Keep in mind this restaurant is cash only.

Great food and awesome service! There is a reason why the place is so popular. The food comes quick and tastes great. Can’t go wrong with what ever you order. Staff is very friendly and personable.

One of my all time favorite places to eat. The food is simple and delicious. The food is always consistent and so is the service. I love the smoked salmon Benedicts and Polish samplers on friday. Best potatoe saled I’ve had yet.

Waited for way to long after we sat down to get coffee, the guy that seated us and gav2 us our menus was coughing into his hands the whole time we were there. $30 for breakfast for 2 that had soggy homefries droopy cold bacon a chewy waffle stuffed crapes that were half ass stuffed and folded, we also waited a half hour for it to show up. The toast looked really good but it was stale for sure, I hate to sound so negative but it was one of the worst breakfasts my girlfriend and I have ever had. Not going back.

I was in Storrs, CT on a recruiting trip for my son and looked this place up and I am thrilled that I DID! The food was outstanding! Homeade, authentic Polish food in a terrific family atmosphere. Now I’m hoping things work out and my son decides to go to UConn so we can go more regularly. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t go to this place! It is a cash only business so you are aware before you go.

I understand this is new management. The place came highly recommended. I thought the prices were a tad high and the menu a tad limited (weekend). What we got was good, though, and staff was friendly and the right amount of attentive.

Great food and decently priced. The wait to get seated is a little long and frustrated especially after waiting 45 minutes for a seat only to be seated next to 5 empty tables. Other than that it is truly a great place to eat.
