I hope the owner will read this. I love the food. But many times in a row I witness people coming in, ordering food and getting it while I’m standing like a jackass waiting. If you speak urdu your order gets automatically served quicker. Wish that changes over time

We came in today, a mom and a teenage son, and the staff (three men behind the counter) as well as the owner (manager?) acted as if we didn’t exist, even though there were no other customers in the store at the moment. We waited standing there politely for about 5 minutes and left never to return. Now we know what xenophobia feels like.

Let me say as a white man, I may not have a lot of experience with Pakistani good. But I have been to my share of spots and this one wasn’t a place I’ll be going back to anytime soon. Firstly, only one person out front so line takes forever. 2nd I asked for a Chai tea and theu gave me one in a tea bag, I’ve never seen that before. Thirdly, the price. Double the price of other local and better shops. Lastly, attitude. Not the most friendly people there. I give it a 1/5.

Once upon a time this was a best place in Brighton Beach & Now we have Shamma that has put them on fire and left them behind; if you want to get the best food and Naan go to Shaama Restaurant on Brighton 7th and Neptune. Pure Pakistani HALAL Food; Just watch for your hands; & Jaw… don’t bite it. The food there is fantastic and they will treat you like a family. Na Shame ON has became what the name says. So walking in, I ask the very nice lady behind the counter for recommendations on food that isn’t goig to “destory my inside with spices.” She laughed and answer the Pakora and Chicken Tandoori. I got regular classic Nan and a piece of fried Cod Fish just cause it looked to good to pass up. Everything was tasty and fresh. Service and as very friendly.

No Shame on as the name state. It used to be a great place. But next door there is a better place call Shama. Yes Shama on Brighton 7th and Neptune has light them on Fire. You really want to taste Pakistan? Go to Shama. This is a family owned Restaurant and you’ll taste fresh family cooked food their with love of Pakistan. SHAMA AS THE NAME STATES, THAT’S RIGHT! JUST AS THERE IS A LIGHT ON THE FLAG OF PAKISTAN SO IS THE SHAMA GOING TO TAKE YOU BACK HOME. RIGHT TO PAKISTAN WITHOUT YOU NEED TO CATCH A FLIGHT TO PAKISTAN.
