I went to the Starbucks on the level 3 concourse. Not the ones in the terminals. I have to say it was the worst I’ve been to. Not much food. No cookies, no brownies. The cashier didn’t know how to take my order. I have to place my order four times and pay twice. The drinks were well prepared though. It took forever to plce my order. Longer than it it to make two venti drinks. Then the person making them asked me what I ordered yet again!

No turkey available for the sandwich didn’t even ask me if I would substitute with him which another sandwich offers not to mention there’s a Publix right next door to them that the manager should be able to get approval to go over and get turkey slices if they say they’ve been having problems with their distributors. Also I ordered my bagel and cream cheese not toasted guess what it came toasted. The only reason I use this place was because of gift cards given to me. I wish people knew to just give Publix cards to their coworkers for the holidays we’re shopping is a pleasure. Also why can’t I order from the passenger seat and have to filter everything through the driver otherwise I probably would have got what I wanted but didn’t want to make my dad have to hassle with the back and forth.

Typical airport Starbucks. The staff seemed nice but very rushed trying to get through large crowds. I ordered a cappuccino (delicious) and a blueberry muffin (damp and sticky on the outside but dry on the inside) and only waited about 3 minutes. I would visit again when at PBI.

While I generally don’t go to Starbucks l was at the airport and it was the only place l saw to get a coffee and bagel. People were nice, bagel was okay. Coffee was as bad as l remember from other times and as overpriced as always. Convenience hass it’s price l guess.
