Great location situated downtown. Ramen menu is pretty limited but that’s okay because then it’s easy to order I guess! It’s combined with Cupbop so with that the menu is actually quite varied. Personally there are better ramen places downtown but the Korean food selection you get with it is nice!

I’ve been meaning to try this ramen place. Loved it! I ordered the black garlic tonkotsu with a side of fried gyoza. Everything was delicious. The egg was perfect with its jammy insides. My order was so fresh and hot. Prices are very reasonable and portion sizes are great. Would do again!

They ran out of the the normal pork for the ramen so got i got it substituted for a different pork. But even then I think it’s below average sorry.

This place was going two stars, but after seeing the pictures of their food they get one. The reason is, because I did not get a normal plate, I got a to-go plate that hardly had any broth, and a to go plate with my Takoyaki. They don’t have chili oil or Sriracha, I mean really?

3.5! It’s okay. Overly salty broth and wasn’t what I had in mind of what pork ramen should be like. The pork was more smoked and shredded versus minced or slices of pork belly like usual ramen is. A little too greasy for me. The restaurant itself was very clean, welcoming, fun, and fast.

The ramen is good but the spice levels are Utah spice levels. The hot just has nice flavor. But ignore that if you’re from Utah, it’s too spicy for you.

Honestly terrible experience here. My girlfriend and I ordered our meals, and then we waited for them to arrive. After about 20 minutes they said it would be a little longer because they were waiting on the ramen. About 10 minutes more, and they were serving ramen to customers that came in after us. 10 minutes more and they brought out one of our bowls, and not the other. By the time we had finished the first bowl the second had not yet arrived. I asked for it and the staff had clearly forgotten. Then one member started to make it, put it down, and served other customers. Over an hour wait and we still had no ramen. The staff by the end refused to look at us or speak to us, and when i went to the counter to request a refund the ramen magically appeared out of nowhere, and we were late for our afternoon plans. I estimate that at least 50 customers were served that ordered after we did, and the staff didn’t seem to care. Definitely not coming back.

I wanted to your more of the ramen restaurants on salt lake, so I started with this one first. From the makers of cupbop, it is definitely worth a visit. I thought the ramen was great and the service too. I enjoyed the meal, and would definitely go back.

I went here for dinner and got the Shoyu Ramen. The broth tasted ok, but the noodles were gummy, the pork tasted old and dry, and the egg (although the best part) was falling apart. This was probably the least appetizing ramen i’ve had. I didn’t even finish it and threw it away. The staff was polite though. I was also put off by having the dine in experience be given plastic take-away bowls, which is very contrary to what is advertised on their website. The small plastic spoon was not usable to get a decent amount of broth either. Lastly the bathroom floor was sticky and no hooks in the stalls to hang your stuff (as in the hooks weren’t there anymore and you could see the holes where they used to be).
