Ok so Chinese food in Bristol does suck, however this place is awesome and I don’t have to dine in to the one up on RT 6 (if you require a dine in, nice experience I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant initials W.L) although Chopsticks you get more, food is equally tasty – I’ve ordered delivery and took 30 minutes for a soup and combo platter, very nice people are running this place- the parking lot is huge. I’ve uploaded a menu as of July 2017, since places don’t know the internet exists.

If I could add no stars I would. Placed an order at 8:05 PM, figured it would be about 50 minutes for delivery and that’s what I was advised as well. Ordered 3 combo platters with a total of $45, average price for Chinese food. Well, at 9:20 still no food, so I call. I was told it would be there any minute! I thanked the woman who answered and waited. I knew it at least left the restaurant. 9:45, still no food. My fiancé then calls back and the woman called the driver. We were told the driver couldn’t find our house. Come to find out, the address was incorrect. Understandable, things happen. So my fiancé went outside and flagged the driver down abd the time is now 9:50. When the driver pulled up, the bag was ripped almost to shreds. He said “the food was rolling all over my car”. As he was walking up the food was FALLING OUT and my sweet and sour sauce was on my front steps. My fiancé was on the phone still with the restaurant and after seeing all this and the food, we were offered $5 off! $40 for food we can’t even eat? It was cold, soggy and just disgusting. We ended up driving it back to them and after some arguing FINALLY got our money back and a sorry. Other customers in the restaurant were disgusted and even approached us outside stating the way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional and horrible. Save yourself the trouble and time, don’t do it.

Food isn’t greasy and it has a lot of flavor. Best hole in the wall place

Good food. Great for a quick pick up. Delivery is fine, just gets pricey.

Delivery only thru grub hub or similar service. Ribs have gotten less and less like meat and, more and more shreds of a meat. Sadly our chicken teriyaki was pretty hard and mostly inedible. They used to have great food and great service. Nowadays not so much

Food is ok but it used to be better. People can be really rude on the phone sometimes. Definitely looking for a better experience. Pretty over priced 3 egg rolls beef and broccoli dinner and Lo mein 50 without a tip.

Pretty darn good, fresh–not precooked rice, good chunks of white chicken. Fresh, crisp egg roll.

Passing through the area and craving Chinese food I decided to stop at Chopsticks because it has over 4 stars as a rating. The food was undercooked, the Beef Low Mein had hardly any beef in it, the Pork fried rice had five or six tiny pieces of pork in it and the rice was yellow. It looked more like the rice served at Mexican restaurants. The Crab Rangoons looked and tasted like the stuff you buy in the frozen food section at Stop & Shop. How this place has over 4 stars is mind boggling. These high ratings must be the owner and employees writing them or maybe the locals are just so use to bad Chinese food that they think this is what good Chinese food should look and taste like. I don’t live here so no worries of me going back but maybe you locals can write some real reviews after trying better quality Chinese food and others passing through, if you want Chinese, go elsewhere!

In general, I like chopsticks and I’ve never had a terrible experience with food there. If you’re in the neighborhood and you don’t want to have to go far it’s a good choice. Their egg foo young is a little flavorless but the portion size is good. They used to be a good cheap choice for quick Chinese but I think their prices have gone up, leaving me feeling like I’m not getting the value I once did. This is not a huge knock, cause we all going to make money… I guess what I’m trying to say is it’s not a destination Chinese place, but good if it’s in the neighborhood or on the way.
