It happens so many times. I order the same pizza each time and it is never correct. Extra cheese is something you pay extra and THIS time it barely had the regular amount of cheese. Worst pizza ever. This location really needs to work on quality control. 85% of the time they just take my extra $2 and never put on extra cheese. I love Pizza Hut….just not this location. Always disappointed. And I am too tired on a Friday to take it back and ask for a remake or refund. I shouldn’t have to.

Pizza Hut by MW college. Danny was our server! Great service ! Pizza was just as we ordered. He was a great server. Definitely recommend. From what I could see he was doing it all and was doing a great job. Based off the service we received we will be back!

Only reason they get 1 is their food is good. Forgot my sodas and tried to call to make right, but $6 is worth saving face. Answered calls and hung up or ignored. It’s worth my time to acknowledge.

12/8 UPDATE – received reply asking to contact store manager. Reply sent 12/6. 48 hours later, still nothing returned. Apparently the “request for more information” is to make other readers believe that management actually cares and is trying to make things right?
