Very disappointed! I gave two stars because my daughter’s pho was good. My food was a different story. It was clearly old and the chicken, which was supposed to come with rice, did not. The meat was super tough as well!

Amazing flavor!! I had the pho beef rice noodle. Everything was fresh! I have celiac and the staff informed that almost everything can be made gluten free. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the food that the kitchen prepared.I will definitely frequent this restaurant. So yummy !!!!

I wonder if the owner or chef has been switched. The pho is not as good as what I had before. I ordered a rare beef pho but the server brought a chicken pho to the table and realized he messed up. He admitted the mistakes and brought me a fully cooked beef pho. The slices of beef was very chewy as it has been fully cooked. The broth of pho is also way too sweet. It almost made me feel like having a bowl of sugar water. It also has a electronic till machine that force you to tip them 15% and more. Why would I tip if I am not happy with the product and services? I have given this restaurant second chance. Unfortunately, it has failed. I will never go back.

We’ve been eating at Ha Long Bay for several years. The pho broth is outstanding….can not be beat in Tucson…so the pho is the best in town.

Cute little vietnamese restaurant. Great service, very fast and accurate. I ordered the sugarcane shrimp, and it was overcooked. It could be that this is not what I should have ordered here, but it made for a disappointing dinner. My friend got the beef cubes, which were wonderful. They have boba as well. I’m going to give this place another chance, and order something a bit more mainstream like pho.

I love this place! It’s very clean, the serive is great (Ask for Jonny.) Most importantly the food is amazing! I am a vegetarian and so I get mostly the same thing here which is Broccoli and Vegetables with tofu they also have a low carb menu. I eat literally everything with chopsticks these days so there’s that. I will say I like a little spice in my food and so I normally have them mix some Jalapeños in it as well. Also, I like the garden egg rolls they are delicious. They are very friendly, especially toward their regulars. They have Oolong Iced Tea as well. They have good cookies fortune as well.
