I ordered pizza to my work and it never came. Before I could call Papa Johns the manager had called me to address the situation and not only replaced my order but gave me a dessert. He was very on top of it and I was very impressed on the outcome of the situation and how he handled it. He gave great customer service and even the driver was very apologetic about the whole situation. I’m very impressed with them and they definitely went above and beyond.

Pizza we ordered was complete trash. We order half cheese half jalapeno and pepperoni. The cheese side was like 30% of the pizza one piece barely had any cheese on it because the dough had risen so much alot of the cheese was in the center. There was also pepperoni and Jalapeno’s on the cheese side.

Ordered bbq wings with our order today. Arrived charcoal black and burned. The manager offered a refund, which is good, but it would have been better to have them replaced. Seems like they weren’t interested in bringing out a new order.

Horrendous customer service! We ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered tonight. One of the pizzas was ordered with no cheese, the individual is lactose intolerant and can’t eat cheese. The pizzas arrived and the one that was supposed to be made with no cheese had cheese on it. Not the first time this has happened, but still not that big of a deal. We called in to ask them to deliver a new pizza since it was only 8:30 and they don’t close until 11. The lady that answered the phone said that they couldn’t send out a new pizza because they weren’t busy and just wanted to close early. To compensate me they gave me a “free pizza” on my online account, but it’s not even the same value of the one that was ordered…. I’ve given this location multiple chances because I like the pizza, but at this point it’s not worth the headache. You’re better off stopping at 7 Eleven and getting some cold, week old pizza. At least they will treat you with some decency.
