We stopped by this place with the whole family. Everyone had a lot of fun making pancakes and then eating eat.

This is a fantastic concept! The table felt a very awkward with the griddle and make-your-own accompaniments plus two entrees, just a lot of moving around. I wish I’d told my kids to think about what they wanted to do before we came in, they were so excited by the idea.

The waitress was very nice and overall staff was very friendly. My only problem was my griddle. I don’t know if it wasn’t heating properly but our pancakes were taking, what felt like, forever. We didn’t even finish our batter because my friend and I only had 2 hour parking and had to leave. I did see that they had a separate menu that I would definitely would want to try and their espresso mixed drinks really interested me.

We got in and the hostess was super nice and talkative, we came to this place for breakfast on a Wednesday morning. Our waiter was low key irritated when I asked him if the chilaquiles were spicy. I mentioned if he could ask the cook to add a little more spice than usual and he said how it is, it’s the spiciest you will get, without offering any bottled sauce or whatnot. I asked for a latte with latte art and he said I can’t make promises went over to the girl making drinks and she looked at him like with the “I’m not doing that” face and after everything had been delivered to our table he pretty much ignored us the rest of the time. We were running low on water, we lowkey were there for about 2 hours since my husband was drinking mimosas while I was chatting with my friend. He came by 2 times. I disliked the customer service and the fact that he seemed irritated due to my questions, request and was not attentive my visit was not a pleasant. I will NOT be coming back nor will I ever recommend this place.

One of those restraunts where you pay money to make your own food. Lol. I found this place bit over priced. Service was not great or helpful. I would recommend this place if you have young kids and want to play around making pancakes and want to have fun lunch experience. Lastly, I wish they had more vegetarian options.

Interesting place. I suppose this would be a fun place to come with kids so you/they could have fun making pancakes on the griddle at the table. Otherwise, the food was good, but the atmosphere is pretty austere.

Had the makenyour own pancakes batter was very thin and if you cook it to long to brown they can’t be eaten. But this place is very fun and interactive, great for kids and adults alike. Clean, service is outstanding, highly recommended. Make sure to get there early so you don’t have to wait long opens at 7am

It was a great experience overall. Servers were okay but didn’t seem like they wanted to be there or maybe they were just tired, we’re all humans. We had a good time though. It’s better to go early if you’re going for brunch during the weekend. Mimosas are great. We got there at 10am and the line was considerably longer when we left close to noon compared to when we got there. They don’t take reservations on Saturday and Sunday but you can call when you’re on your way and add your name to the wait list so you don’t have to wait for too long when you get there. Parking is a little tricky but not impossible so allow yourself extra time to find parking.

FLAP YOUR JACKS is a fun place for kiddos to make pancakes at the table. They give you the batter you make and flip ’em at your table. They do have a very good menu of ADULT food. If pancakes are not your cup of tea mom & dad
