My wife and I were sure there was not a great restaurant in Western PA until we took the recommendation of the Airport Hilton Garden Inn front desk and visited the Four Twelve Project. We had an amazing experience there. The vibe was positive despite being very busy. Our server, Sally, was fantastic. We ordered the candied bacon appetizer (pictured), which was plenty for us to share. She got the rib special (pictured) and I got one of their unique specialty burgers. They have a great selection of small PA brewery beers on draft. The food was through the roof. The place is a farm to table concept with ownership on site. If you can get in, do it. They do take reservations so don’t count on getting lucky like we were. It is also very reasonably priced. Bravo!!! Loved it!

Lovely local libations. We tried the cheese plate, which was fantastic wonder, full assortment of cheese with a variety of yummy little additions. The FTP burger was delicious… 100% recommend. The Mac and cheese is creamy, and the bread crums are delightful.

Came here on a whim after getting into PIT airport. Great beer selection, strawberry fields salad was fresh and delicious, and the shrimp skewer was solid. My waitress, Taylor, was excellent and recommended the fingerling potatoes…and they did not disappoint. Oh and the veggies with the shrimp were perfect. I’ll be back when I’m in the area again.

We dined at 412 Project on a night where it was as busy as it could possibly be people were lined up to get in. The staff kept their composure and did an Awesome Job! The food was spectacular even though it was super busy we did not feel like we were waiting long for our food and our attentive Waiter Nick took great care of us. Try the BBQ and shrimp – fantastic! The steaks were done perfect. We will definitely be dining here again.

We went about 2 weeks ago (7/22).. the food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was wonderful. I’d recommend that anytime. The service, however, was pretty terrible. We sat for about 15 minutes before anyone even bother to greet us or take drinks. I watched several servers look over at us. The bartender was waiting on us and was visually annoyed she had to. She was extremely friendly with other patrons but very short and had an attitude with us. The other servers that ended up bringing us water, food, and sauces were very friendly. I would try again, but just avoid sitting at the bar area.

The experience I had here was wonderful! I’d always wanted to try it out, and finally went out with some friends for dinner on a Thursday night . The place is bigger than I thought, and was packed. I felt bad for staff as it looked like they were short staffed from their funny tshirts… But they did a great job staying on top of everything. The food was absolutely delicious. I also had one of their special gin drinks, which was surprisingly strong but delicious! The restaurant was very clean as well. Very happy experience. I definitely will be back!

We had dinner here last night and left completely satisfied. We didn’t have a reservation, but they were still nice enough to accommodate us and find us a table. The atmosphere is cool and everyone is so nice. Our waitress was very personable and friendly. Lots of options on the menu and the food was awesome. Highly recommend the candied bacon as an app! Best of all, the prices are super reasonable. Two drinks, an app, and two entrees and we were out the door for about $80 after the tip. Not bad at all. Would definitely go back.
