I love Costa but this specific location is the slowest I have ever been too. We waited a long time before we were helped. Then we were being helped and the guy stopped doing our order to start doordash orders. I had to tell him to please focus on our order just to get through.

I just ordered the dessert from them at this night, The dessert they gave me looks like it’s been in the fridge for about a month smells really bad and taste awful, I will never go back to Costa Vida, especially this location, i’m really worried because my babies eats from this desert before I find out it is really bad.

Please don’t offer the curbside option if curbside is not actually an option !! I marked I was there and sat there for 10+ mins before I decided to go in and check and mine is sitting ready on the pickup shelf in the back. The receipt says in bold CURBSIDE. Just remove it as an option if you don’t want to offer that service.

The food is great, but the staff here are even more amazing. I was here with a family member who was having a psychiatric episode. Their first response was to ask us how they could help. They were so patient and had the right priorities… People over profits. I am so grateful for their consideration and attitude. I hope their managers appreciate this as well.
