First time order from this location. Pizza wasn’t delivered after an hour saying it was on its way. Next update showed as delivered. Called to check on the status and took 7 min 14 seconds to answer the phone. Was short and unapologetic saying my order was remade and on its way. Confused since it had been nearly two hours since I ordered I said id just like a refund. Asked my name and abruptly said you’ll be refunded in 2-5 business days and hung up on me. Classy!

Placed an order last week. Estimated time 27-37 min. It took about an 90min. They dropped off the wrong food. Had another house number on the box,definitely not mine, kids wont eat it. Seal thing missing from 1 box. The manager Jefferson was nice. Offered to send the right food but I had to take the kids to sports so he just refunded the money. That’s fine had a late dinner after it happens.

Used the Papa John’s App for the 1st time and my Order and Delivery was flawless. Was able to adjust Menu items to my liking and track the order per each step as it was being processed. Food arrived Hot, everything was what I ordered and arrived earlier than scheduled. Highly recommend the App!

First I called in to place an order, was left on hold for close to 10 minutes. I then got tired of waiting, walked in and placed my order. After the 20 minute trip home, it was discovered that they put the wrong pizza in the box which had the correct label on it. I called to see if they can deliver the correct pizza to my house, the manager said NO. I said I guess I have to waste gas to go pick up an order that yall messed up. I asked at least to have the order ready by the time I got there. 20 minutes should be efficient enough time to have my CORRECT ORDER READY. Lo and Behold to my dismay I get to the store and these people haven’t even begun to make my food. After the additional 20 minute wait I get my food and the cheese is sliding off of the pizza. The whole experience was terrible, the manager didn’t even have the decency to stick around. No offer of apology or anything. Lets just say this experience has turned me off from other papa’s and it will definitely be my last. Its a shame these businesses want your money, but gives out BS customer service.

Went in to order because I haven’t had papa Johns pizza in so long and I couldn’t even get close enough to park there were door dash, grub hub drivers parked along the front waiting and when I parked down the lot and went in there were just as many people standing trying to pick up orders. The woman was asking for names of orders and I said I was trying to place an order and she said it was at least a 45 minute wait. I said no thank you and walked out.

Staff (girl) over the phone is friendly and informative. I’m giving 3 stars only for the fact that my I received my order after almost 90mins. I believe they are short on delivery drivers. Give them a chance I would say, sometimes we just need a bit of patience.
