For the second time, in two weeks, that I have been in the store to order, they have been out of two meats. The girl did not know how to wrap a burrito. They are ALWAYS unapologetic. Y’all need better service. Saying “we didn’t prepare the steak today” is ridiculous!

This is the only Chipotle that has been dissappointing. The staff was not friendly at all. Only about half the ingredients were available and didn’t even look clean/fresh. Skip this one. The only person that needs to visit this location is a competent manager and the health inspector.

The culinary experience at this particular establishment is undoubtedly deserving of the highest food rating, as I graciously bestowed upon it three stars. This, in itself, should speak volumes. I consider myself a seasoned and hopeful food connoisseur, having frequented this locale countless times.However, I must regrettably admit that the staff’s performance leaves much to be desired. Their ability to provide timely and accurate information about their offerings seems to be constantly lacking. Alas, they might have chicken on the menu, but alas, no suitable receptacle to house said chicken. Beverages are available, but cups are seemingly a rare commodity. Ice is present, yet ice cubes remain elusive. Bowls exist, yet lids are conspicuously absent, and vice versa. One wonders if it might be prudent to transport one’s own kitchen and cabinets to alleviate the dearth of essential supplies.

I visited this establishment on July 29 at 12:30 pm. I ordered a bowl and asked the woman fixing the bowl if I could get a vinegarette. She told me they had ran out… it’s 12 pm. Y’all just opened. I did ask the man working To-go if he had any and was given one. When i finally ate the bowl the chicken was burnt. Like I dropped the chicken on the coals burnt. I would avoid this chipotle if you want good fresh food. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

My family and I went into the Newnan restaurant tonight to purchase our meals which we love to eat with Chipotle chips. We were told that the available chips were only for online orders and we could not have any because we were walk-ins. We stepped away from the line and began ordering online while the employees made several rude comments to us and jokes to each other that they are “just chips”. Overall the food was good but it was a terrible visit due to customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE. Go to the one in Peachtree City! It is far superior. The app was not working and I went in to order a quesadilla (which is normally app only) but I couldn’t order it! The girl tells me that it’s fine and she can make it there for me. Then is just really unfriendly about everything. The chicken looked and tasted burnt so I was already sort of regretting my choice to order there. They charge me for a side of one of the sauces that is always free when I get it in the past. AND THEN they have the nerve to tell me at the checkout that I will be paying DOUBLE for my meal because it was ordered in store. I was like um no I was not told this before I ordered AND your app isn’t working! Which they could tell because they had zero online orders! Thankfully, they ended up charging me the normal price but the girl came over and MADE SURE they charged me for my side of hot sauce. I have learned my lesson! SO done with this place. It’s worth the 15 minute drive to Peachtree!!! This Chipotle used to be great but it has gone horribly downhill. The space also just feels meh inside. Not as clean as it used to be. The food is dry and always burnt as well.

I was greeted with a lot of attitude and poor service. They also issue out counterfeit money and argue with you about their mistakes. Food was cold even though they just opened, chips were stale mixed with fresh batch to save money. Horrible location! Will not be returning to this establishment ever!
