Ordered 3 piece with french fries. The chicken tasted like it was yesterdays chicken, it was all dried out and the French fries were limp, undercooked and spongy. Husband had the 3 piece chicken tenders. They were all dried out and the french fries were the same as i received. Not sure if we will ever go back.

My boyfriend wanted the Diablo perks from ordering KFC online for pickup. We arrived to find out their system was not allowed it for the Eagan location so they did not receive it and he was refunded. The women at the counter tried to call and get help for us. She spent minutes on the phone and tried to help us the best she could. I’m thankful for her since we drove so far even if we didn’t get his online orders. We didn’t leave empty handed. She was amazing and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Employees took my credit card, said I didn’t give them my credit card, made me look for it in my car, then came out 10 minutes later saying they found it in their machine, charged me $32 for a $7 meal and said sorry. Really confusing what is happening at this store.
