The food was great other than the fact she didn’t cut the giant gargantuan, didn’t appreciate the bad attitude the lady with all the tats had she just kept scowling at us like we were wasting her time, my son never ate there before so he was trying to decide what he wanted and that really annoyed her…won’t be back

The food and service was great. The only complaint I have is the interior design. This location doesn’t have booths like the other ones in town, and in a way, it doesn’t really feel like I’m in a Jimmy John’s. Plus the metal chairs are really loud when someone stands up, or even moves in slightly.

Great sandwiches and the best pickles I’ve had since I was a kid. Their tuna is like my mom used to make, not sweet, and they can do lettuce wraps for all of their sandwiches. The young lady at the drive-thru was a pleasure to work with.

Not disappointed, only four stars because we had to ask alot about the items on the menu… i felt between all the staff standing there, one could have suggested alternatives to what questions we had. But food was still great, they weren’t rude in any way. Just not too helpful.

Went in on a Friday evening around 7:30. The service was Ok and the food good for fast food. They had already started tearing things down and cleaning up like they were getting ready to close. Left me a bit unsure if I should have ate there.

I placed an order and it said it was out for delivery. It never arrive . No call no email no knock on the door like I instructed. 2hrs have passed and no contact. This is upsetting since this restaurant brags about fast delivery. I will be telling everyone about the poor service.
