Best one in town by far! Flavors are great and he doesn’t skimp out on the flavor sirup. You get a lot for your money and the gentleman running is very nice friendly, glad we found this spot it will be our to go to place from now on when craving snow combs for our family and friends.

We went to exciting ice and firehouse ice today for taste testing. I live in bedford so we were trying to find a similar place to Bedford Snowball near my BFFs house. Out of the 2, Firehouse ice was way better. Firehouse was more soft and fluffy, and they guy makes sure the flavor is all through the snow cone. We didn’t experience any rudeness that others had mentioned in other reviews, the exact opposite. The whole in the wall places are usually the better!!

Arrived at 7:55 pm. Guy knew I was in line. Took 20 min to serve car in front of me and then slammed the blinds closed and refused to talk to me. I spend lots of money here, but I will NEVER buy another snow cone from these people! HORRIBLE customer service!!!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST!!! Experience at a snow cone stand I have ever had! THE LADY IS RUDE!! RUDE!!! News flash if you had good customer service maybe you wouldn’t have to charge $.25 for every little thing. A extra spoon? $.25. A extra flavor $.50 a small in a medium cup with no top no can do! A cup holder after buying FOUR snow cones $.25! The top of the snow cone was white! DRY! I suggest going to Sneaux Excited. It’s a little ways a way but trust me you do not want to do business here! “We’re not McDonalds we’re not Chick-fil-A we cant afford to give cup holders away!” Okay ma’am, but good customer service is free ♀️
