Very rude.. girl working on June 1st red hair pulled back didn’t catch her name she was young. Had an attitude when ordering my drink. I get to window to pick up and mention is wasn’t supposed to have drizzle on it she rolled her eyes and said um yes you said with drizzle I politely said no honey I said NO drizzle (which I had to repeat twice when ordering) she then rolled her eyes muttered Whatever and walked away to fix while I was still talking to her.. number on website is not right when I tried calling next day . Says the magic Jack customer you are calling os not available. Guess just never go to that store again

If there was a way to give a zero, I would . I purchased 20 dollars worth of breakfast , to only get a coffee that tasted like it had no coffee in it , and my sandwich had mold on the bread . It’s clear , that the staff there are not doing things right. This is the second time I’ve had an issue in this Dunkin and it’s always something . Either the food was old or it wasn’t done right .. below I leave a picture of my lovely moldy sandwich smh

Lately the service is awful, they don’t give out receipts , so you don’t know who’s order your paying for., Also takes forever for simple things like just coffee and donuts and they still screw it up ….it not rocket science……it’s donuts, I’ll go out of my way to someplace else now …..update , now they charged my card for my order of 12 dollars ( which I only got the two drinks ) and tacked on another 3 dollars…..

This is the only dunkin I go to regularly which ALWAYS gets the orders exactly right. They never miss a step, even on the few occasions I have ordered for a large group (today it was 7 people). Service is always with a smile, and while the lines can get long, they do manage to get people through incredibly quickly when compared with other Dunkin’s in the area. Thanks as always for the impeccable service!

After waiting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes waiting for them to make 2 drinks. They gave me two wrong drinks. When I said something about it she snatched the cup from me and said “can’t you read this this is what you asked for” then called me a liar. They always mess orders up. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Will never return.
