I absolutely love this Dunkin. I go every morning and get the same thing. I’m always greeted and addressed by my name. Sometimes they meet me at door with it. It’s always “Good morning Miss Chasity! Have a great day!” If I could give them all a raise I would do it. I work in customer service and they give some of the best!

You’d think as a regular who has spent hundreds of dollars at your store your experience and satisfaction would matter, but obviously not here. I always do a mobile order before work. The drinks here are not very consistent (even though the receipt clearly prints every ingredient and their measurements for staff). About 2 weeks ago I went in and my latte was as white as paper (a common issue I have here, as well as my coworkers have told me they have). I told the manager and she told one of her employees they forgot to add espresso who then fixed it. I went in today and again, my drink looks like it solely consists of milk and caramel. I told the manager again (same lady as last time). But instead of offering to fix it she rudely tells me they’re going to have to charge me extra if I want more espresso… even though she could visibly see my drink was made incorrectly. Sad to say I won’t be back and will instead be going to Starbucks from now on.

I would give less than 1-star if I could. I was spoken to ugly because they lost my order for a meeting that I placed in advance. I am requesting to speak with the store GM and regional manager. I was told, “I should go to a real bakery” by the employees. It was totally unacceptable the way I was treated by incompetent staff. Let’s be clear this starts at the corporate level with training. I manage large resorts, and we are all short staffed. If a member of my staff raised their voice and spoke to a client in that manner, it would be grounds for immediate termination. When I explained I manage resort properties with limited staff and I appreciate it’s difficult working in customer service, I was told, “Well, good for you” by employees. $120 I will never give to this ungrateful company again! I work closely with the local Burke COC and want to see all small businesses in Morganton thrive, but this was a horrible experience and not a good representation of Burke County small business. Just a side note that this companies lack of customer service and unprofessionalism did not ruin my meeting. Make no mistake about I will research who is accountable for the non-existent training of the staff at this facility.

I have previously wrote a review on this Dunkin after consistently having a bad experience or wrong order, etc. That was my experience for a while but recently (a few weeks) my order has been correct and today my coffee and wrap are amazing! Not sure what’s changed but will be returning if it stays this way!!

Traveling I have coffee from close to 50 dunkin locations. By far the worst. No consistency. No one measures anything. A shot of espresso may be .5oz or 5oz. Either drinking milk with no coffee or a black coffee there’s no damn in between.

Got charged for the wrong order. When we realized the issue and nicely pointed it out, the drive through window was shut in our faces with no explanation. We then proceeded to sit in line for 15 minutes with no word from the staff, and then our receipt was given back. We actually had to ask if the issue had been resolved and the reply was “yeah I refunded you. If you still want your order we can charge you.” So the whole time we sat there our order hadn’t been made, and we left empty handed with terrible customer service. Won’t be back.

We are finishing our 6-week cross country vacation. After visiting 24 states, the Dunkin in Morganton was the cleanest & most efficiently ran business. The employees were quick on their preps & when they didn’t have a customer they didn’t hesitate to start wiping everything down. July 31 @ 8:30am.

I really wanted a good dunkin here in morganton. I’ve tried and tried to give this place a good chance but the coffee and food is never good. They have been burning the food also and I don’t wanna give them a lot of grief because it’s a bunch of teenagers. I think a big problem is management and not proper training. The staff will catch an attitude if you want to add flavorings. I probably won’t go back after today because I had to pull up to wait for my food I waited for 25 minutes until my mom had to come in asking about our food they had forgotten and this red hair girl started to yell at my mom. When we got the food it tasted like cleaning products.

What can I say? I gotta have a Dunkin coffee if available! The store was clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Was able to get in and out very quickly. Only problem was I forgot to give them my Dunkin card to scan- oh well.
