If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. Being someone who worked in restaurants I always have a positive attitude when initially coming to a restaurant. I have never experienced such nonchalant disrespect, from management at that. When receiving the food, the fries were not fresh so we politely asked for fresh fries when we were told “those are fresh” which they clearly weren’t. My husband then had to go inside and was told again the fries were fresh until the associate finally looked and saw they were not fresh at all! Food is too expensive for money to be wasted when the solution could have easily been solved. It’s sad to expect bad service and bad attitudes when you go to a restaurant in a small town. Management must be horrible. This location is probably a franchise location. Either way, horrible experience for a simple solution.

That was absolutely the craziest chicken I have ever had before me in my life, I managed to eat one chicken leg after I soaked up all the excess Grease with 4 napkins and did not touch the rest, the potatoes and coleslaw we’re good as usual. But the staff needs to learn how to fry chicken.

I did not let them know that I needed crispy chicken. When I asked could I exchange for crispy chicken. They did it without hesitation. The chicken was hot, fresh, and delicious

I have to say I’m not a batesburg Leesville fast food or any food fan. But this place I have to say deserves a compliment. Because the last two times I’ve been there the chicken is fresh and tastes delicious and perfectly cooked. The service today was so kind and sweet that it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you !

We visited KFC yesterday (2-10- 2020) They have Remolded and it is so much better, So Clean and Pleasent, smells good, The employees are so different, They greet You with a Smile and Their attitudes are great and They act like it’s a pleasure to serve you. The last time we were there it was not clean and attitudes were lousy and not a good atmosphere was not good, THANK YOU KFC FOR CHANGING THINGS AND MAKING YOUR ESTABLISHEDMENT A NICE PLACE TO VISIT AND ENJOY A NICE MEAL, Prices are okay and We will Definitely visit again.

There isn’t nothing more annoying than spending $65 in food, get to your destination and the order is incorrect, missing items, not to mention no forks, napkins, or straws!

KFC has decent food and the service was very good the last time I went but I went through the drive-thru. The inside of this particular store is very greasy, the last time I went inside you could skate across the floor.

Seriously slow. Took 22 minutes to get my 9 piece nugget combo. I was the only one in the store . Terrible management and lazy employees.

You have this lamented sign in your drive-thru window talking about staffing shortages and asking us to please be nice to your employees as they are doing their best. How about your employees be nice to us. Your drive-thru personal never greeted me, not even to tell me my total as I gave her my card. When I asked about a straw for my drink she was irritated that she had to tell me it’s in my bag. Horrible service!
