Good subs but poor service. Placed a mobile order for 1 sub and it took 30+ minutes to make. Employees seemed overwhelmed with orders and didn’t even acknowledge customers in store. Will not be returning to this location.

I love Jersey Mike’s! I always go to the one in Eden Prairie. I went tonight and there was a new guy working. It was close to closing time and they were a little behind so the manager stepped in to help him out. The new worker messed up my sandwich so he said he’d make it over and had to call the manager back over. I could tell the worker was kind of nervous but the manager was amazing with him! He told him “It’s ok everyone has done it.” I thought that it was so awesome how kind and patient he was with him, and I wanted to give him a shout out! I didn’t get his name, but he was a young African American gentleman at the Eden Prairie location. If more managers displayed kindness and patience companies could keep employees!

I come here frequently, service and food is always good. Today there was an issue. I ordered a sandwich, 2 chips and a fountain drink. While my sandwich was being made I was talking to the guy taking the orders and the guy behind me. I get to the cashier and he told me the price but in the midst of talking I didnt hear what it was and proceeded to use my debit card to pay then remembered that I had a 25% off coupon and my total was still 22.64. As I was filling my fountain pop it dawned on my what the price was, even after the coupon was applied. I talked to the guy who rang up my order and I asked him “did I pay for the guy behind me also?” He said yes…I’m really sorry. The guy behind me also paid for his sandwich and had left. If he realized that he had made a mistake he should have said something to myself (i was right at the end of the counter) and the guy behind me but he said nothing to either of us. He also never made any attempt to give my money back to me. Was he purposely overcharging and keeping the money? He just mumbled something and then said to me oh wait a minute and handed me 2 buy one regular sub get one free coupons and said these are worth more than the price I charged you for his sandwich. I really didn’t want the coupons, I wanted my money back. Plus I have to buy a sandwich in order to get the free one. Since i was short on time to get back before my lunch break was over I took them. Lesson learned…make sure the cashier rings up just your order and not the people behind you. If they do, hopefully they handle it better than this.
