If I could give 0 rating I would. We went there today, the employees talking to someone outside of the shop. She didn’t say anything to us. We waited, she went in the kitchen. I asked how long would it be. She didn’t answer. We are all each other’s customers. Courtesy is very important. All she could have said. I will be right with you and acknowledge us.

I came here because I was hungry. I didn’t come here just to throw money away. I would expect more from a order of hash browns. They won’t let me post a picture but I got five little quarter size hash browns. RIDICULOUS. One of the few times i goto dunkin doughnuts. I will tell you, ill never go back, ill just goto McDonald’s or Burger King. Ruined my morning, now i have to buy 2 breakfasts. NOT RECOMMENDED. I’ll also add that my sausage egg and cheese sandwich the croissant was burnt and it tastes like it was stale. What’s going on do people just not care about their job

This is a franchise Dunkin Doughnuts, with good food and coffee is at a reasonable price. They also will make coffee to order, which is fantastic. I don’t like Starbucks, and this is a fabulous alternative. With sandwiches and bagels, of course, doughnuts at a reasonable price. So, this is one of my go to places!

My cousin, sister, and I came earlier today (Venice fl Tamiami trail Dunkin) and was greeted by a extremely nice man. He has black hair and glasses, sadly we didn’t get his name but he was so sweet and super happy. He was happy and energetic from when we first ordered, then once we got to the window he put a smile on all of our faces and had the sweetest smile. Truly one of the nicest customers service employees and I work drive through register too.

Rude!!! Waited in line with my son while they ignored me and ignored to tell me they were closing/going on break as we just stood there. Absolutely will never go here again! Always nasty employees everytime I go always needing to leave to smoke !

Don’t bother mobile ordering, you will be waiting 30+ minutes for simple items because the workers would rather talk to customers about their relationship issues or talk on the phone than make orders. Everytime I have placed a mobile order theres been an issue.

I usually don’t get Dunkin because it can be hit or miss but my order today was absolute perfection. The coffee tasted wonderful and wasn’t overly sweet, the has browns had a perfect crisp to them, and the sandwich was delicious! The girl who was working around 930AM today was very pleasant despite appearing to be working by herself. 10/10 would go back again to this location

The WORST dunkin i’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order at 7:20 pm 40 MINUTES before they close and they claimed they claim they didn’t get my mobile order which i’m sure they wouldn’t know if they did or not since the closed way earlier then they were supposed to. I recommend never going there because they are rude and need to fix their hours if they’re going to close earlier than their supposed to.
