If I could give zero stars I would the lack of customer service the staff has on the weekends is horrible. It makes no sense that you have 7 workers and people still had to wait an hour for there drinks and then when you ask for a refund because of the wait they would tell you to get back in line. I personally drive from San Marcos to this Dunkin on my way to work and I work in Austin and sense I’ve gotten better treatment at the Kyle location I wake up extra early to just go there but for the treatment and lack of customer service, trust me I will not be back ever! I will also make a report to the BBB and i will keep doing it until the issues is addressed

Picked up a sausage and cheese croissant and tried calling the place just to let them know it’s spoiled. No one picks up of course. I don’t want anything free just for them to make sure that the food that they are putting out is fresh and won’t harm people. The bread was soggy and just a nasty taste like the meat or bread went bad. Not acceptable at all!!!

Welp. I have been coming to this donuts for years on end, and have never had an unfortunate experience despite the reviews and shifting management. I do frequently come at night when it isn’t busy although. Employees are kind, and quick. Although, Friday, was a wreck. Staff seemed stressed or overwhelmed. I went through the drive-thru and was met with a snarky toned woman who seemed to have very little patience or care and was very snappy at me when I misspoke. I received the wrong coffee, went inside, and quickly recognized the voice from the drive thru. She was talking to another employee very hatefully in clear customer view, and gave me a horrible glance and walked off. The employee very quickly helped me as soon as they could, remaking my beverage, and when I asked for the name of the women and all they were willing to say was she was one of the managers. So, I assume they must be under new management when I asked if Peyton had been there because of a previous visit and the employee said she had left. So far, I believe they made a mistake in the replacement process.

We ordered through the app.. didn’t receive a time to arrive or any confirmation via text or email. (I’ll look into that later).. so we had to guess on when to arrive. Once we did, the manager (who I believe is named Star) said she wanted to remake our order because it had been sitting there a while. There was a huge grumpy lady in the back who very loudly complained about remaking our order. “THEY’RE AN HOUR LATE!!!” Although we had no idea when it was ready or supposed to be ready to begin with. Star was so kind and understanding. We didn’t even ask for it to be remade. The fact that Star so effortlessly displayed the initiative to remake our order is enough for me to give HER 5 stars. She deserves some recognition. Thank you, Star. Your customer service is amazing. ♡

No joke 3/4 times I’ve been here recently they forget the oat milk in my drink.. sometimes it’s not on the ticket and sometimes it is but they still use cow milk. I’m a barista myself so it’s really concerning because someone really allergic can end up in the hospital or something.. I get a single oopsie when you’re tired on bar but sounds like they don’t care if it’s happening almost every time.

This Dunkin is much better than the one in Southpark meadows drink wise when it comes to matcha. They take their time making the drinks but also make them fast at the same time. The lady at the window with the blue hair has exceptional service. Definitely recommend this Dunkin!

First time ordering breakfast. It was terrible, had sourdough breakfast sandwich, eggs were artificial, absolutely no flavor, bacon was raw. Could not eat it. Coffee super strong.

Went through the drive thru just now, female order taker, very short “Can I help you? What else? What else?” Get to the window and my fiancé says, “Hola!” Guy at the window “you’re total is $$$”. Have we forgotten to be human? No hey how ya doing? Customer service is dead. We got not even a half container of hash browns, bagel tastes a few days old, same as the croissant. Great first impression.
