The biscuits and gravy were yummy. You get half a biscuit with some gravy prior to your meal. Ordered waffle combo. Would have liked the waffle more fluffy than thick. Is small and cozy place. Parking is challenging if you come in on the weekends. Definitely come by!

When you are greeted by a returning customer saying you’re in for a treat, you immediately feel at home. The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere and is clean and well organized. Kim was our friendly and competent server. We met the owner, Dolly, when she came to the table to check on us and gave us a short history of this family owned and operated business. All the personal touches help to make a place like this be in business a long time! Love that they are confident in their food and offer a free sample of biscuits and gravy to first-time customers! Sure helped us decide on one of our meals! Also tried the tasty, fluffy pancakes, and we’re not disappointed in them either! We came on a Wednesday and were surprised to learn this is their “slower” day because, with the flea market in full swing, parking can be an issue. Didn’t bother us, though. We needed a walk after our big, delicious breakfast!

This place is a little hole in the wall at the Val Verda flea market but, let me tell you it was fantastic. I ordered the #4 texas big plate. The waiter gave us a plate with a biscuit and gravy (hence the name of the restaurant) I have never eaten biscuit and gravy it never looked too appealing but, let me tell you it was delicious. The gravy was spicy which made it taste great. We will definitely come back. Service was good the waiter was very friendly and welcoming. Great job BISCUITS AND GRAVY

This place is awesome . Our server was very friendly, and my mom said the coffee that was made for her taste like the coffee I usually make for her in the mornings lol. Only minor thing is I wish I could’ve gotten another sprite. And now I know why they call it biscuits and gravy because they serve biscuits and gravy. Hopefully we can come back soon.
