I absolutely loved it here! We got the small pretzel (which was huge) for an app with the beer cheese. This was some of the best beer cheese I’ve ever had. For my food, I got the pork schnitzel and it was also amazing. And oh my god the dessert! I have to go back just for that! It was an apple strudel, and it was delicious!

What a great experience. It’s really nice in the restaurant and located in our downtown area. If you’ve ever had German food or want to try it, this place is a must. The Jagerschnitzel with the mushroom gravy was delicious. The mashed potatoes were perfectly done. The beer is super cold, and if you want water, they actually bring you a cold bottle of water. Will definitely be going back.

I went to Bavaria for the first time recently and loved it! The interior reminded me of a castle, and they did well with showing the German culture in their decorations. I ordered the Frikadelle (Meatballs) dish—everything on the plate was delicious, but I loved the potatoes the best. They were seasoned perfectly! I’m also not the biggest fan of tiramisu, but this one wasn’t overly sweet and had a smooth texture. So, it gets a 10/10 from me!

Good food and fantastic service! Everything was delicious, especially their sauerkraut. And you get so much food! If you like German food you will not be disappointed.

I’ll start this off by talking about the service. The service was great, the waiter was extremely friendly and comical. The atmosphere was cool, I think we went at a pretty off time with it being around lunch. This place might be more vibrant at night. That’s where it ends with this place. It’s been a while since I couldn’t take more than 2 bites of food without feeling like I was going to barf. The Pretzel was good with the beer cheese, but a Pretzel isn’t hard to screw up. The Sauerbraten was absolutely horrible. The only way to describe it would be Beef Roast drenched in acidic BBQ Sauce. The sauce was extremely sweet, it tasted like a mixture of 50% BBQ, 35% Sugar and 15% Vinegar. The side cabbage tasted like it was candied red cabbage. Too bad I didn’t have a kid with me so someone would eat it. Lastly, The Spatzle tasted like absolute nothing. It was actually refreshing to stick some of that in my mouth to wash out the taste of the Cabbage and Sauerbraten. Seriously, if I wanted something this sweet I could have went 2 blocks down to Petersbrook chocolate shop. The saddest part was that we were even with an Austrian and they were confused on what they were serving us.

Having lived in Germany for many years we like to seek out German themed restaurants in the US. So our friends recommended this one. I did not know that it was also Italian themed in the back. So I was surprised when the hostess started talking about pizzas. My Nürnberger sausage plate was good but my wife’s Cheese Spatzle Tiroler Art dish was very good. Our waiter was awesome and he definitely enhanced the experience.

My mom and I being from Bavaria we are pretty picky about our Bavarian food as we can make it ourselves, but I must say… our party of 6 enjoyed everything (I had the Cheese Spaetzle Austrian Style and they were excellent) the others mainly had an assortment of schnitzels and were also very good. One had the sausage assortment and raved about them. Will definitely go back when in Pensacola! Only thing we were disappointed in was the potato salad. Not much flavor. The schnitzel dishes were a little pricey but everything has gone up so I’ll attribute it to that. The birthday dessert for mom was apple strudel and it also delicious!!! We loved Ollie who is German and was a great host along with a friendly and attentive rest of the staff! Yay for Bavarian food!

Outstanding food. They also have brick oven pizza, but let this be about the incredible, authentic German food! The beer list is fantastic.

Tasty food and good service, albeit, a tad pricey on the menu items. You are on Palafox, so its the epicenter of City activity and nightlife. Been here twice, and it was consistently good both times. We’ve had food from both the German and the Pizza kitchens. The sausage meals were really good. We tried both the pork and the veal Brats. Each one was very tasty. The Quattro Staggioni pizza was tasty, and I would offer the crust is doughy and was not crisp. I was expecting crisp since it is a 10,000 degree oven. I ate and enjoyed it, and the flavor was good. The $30+ price range may be higher than some expect, but we took food home for dinner the next night. So, its like a second meal!
