Great spot! First time visiting, but was impressed with the menu and available selections. The pizza was great; very good crust and fresh toppings. I tried the Roman Style; a more oblong-shaped pizza with extra drops of sauce on top of the cheese. Really good! The sauce tasted fresh and bright and the crust was on point. I would definitely return and try other varieties, when I’m in the area.

For 10 years I was a nanny to our 3 adorable grandchildren. We would always enjoy pizza and a drink at Pat’s Pizza. I always save the regular menu mailings and coupons that are mailed to me. On Monday morning I had cataract surgery. I ordered our dinner and in about 30 minutes all the hot food was delivered by one of the cooks. He told me all about your website, birthday specials, weekly specials that would be e-mailed to me, etc. This is such a welcome addition to our area. I live in Severna Park and the pizza restaurant closest to me is in Pasadena! Delicious food with an awesome delivery service! I am a retired high school teacher and they get an A+++!!!

Greed, greed, greed! This place has historically already had extremely high prices. Now they’re charging a 3% of your order fee for using a card! That’s ridiculous. 3% of what’s going to be $60 for two items is insanity. Most places only have a fee if it is less than, but never just a straight percentage. If they’re doing this because of their bank or point of sale system fees, they need to change either and quit penalizing their customers. I doubt this is the case though because I’ve never heard of someplace just charging a 3% fee for ALL transactions. It is nothing more than a money grab. Pats has LOST this family who used to be frequent customers.Pat’s! NOT paying a 3% fee of a $100 purchase, nor am I pulling from an ATM just to come to Pats!

We had Pats deliver a huge order for 7 families. Right there we were asking for trouble. Lots of changes and modifications to menu items. I called the order in and the girl who answered was polite, professional, courteous and above all efficient. She read back each item had NAILED all of the changes and exceptions. I was impressed for sure.

I really do enjoy the food, however, customer service is key! Staff development and consistency is imperative in any organization or business. If the customer is willing to patronize your business, any reasonable request should be accomodated. I tried making a pick up order and it was equivalent to pulling teeth. I asked to have 2 flavors of wings in a 20 piece, as I always have in the past, but this time was told no. I asked for the house blue cheese instead of the prepackaged, as I always have in the past, but this time was told no. All of the No’s implored me to choose another restaurant for the large order that I was making for my family’s Friday night dinner. I will call Eddie’s on Ordnance Rd, (which is further distance from my home), where the customer is valued and the customer service is ALWAYS on point.

After much anticipation, our experience at this restaurant can only be described as utterly abysmal. My wife and I walked in hoping for a delightful lunch, only to be met with an almost surreal display of apathy. While we were promptly seated and handed menus, that’s where any semblance of service ended. The young lady who initially attended to us appeared to be juggling both the kitchen and the floor, stretching herself too thin. Meanwhile, another staff member seemed more engrossed in the world outside the window than with the patrons inside the restaurant. We sat, ignored and forgotten, for an inexplicable 20 minutes. It felt like a scene straight out of the Twilight Zone. We left, our appetites unsatisfied and our opinions of the establishment decidedly tarnished. The only redeeming quality? The menu seemed promising, but alas, we’ll never know. Such a disgraceful lack of service is unforgivable in any dining establishment.

Best Brick Oven Pizza in this area! Quality ingredients, healthy options, Excellent service and large quantities.
