Every time I get a coffee or iced beverage. The flavor is odd. The lemonade had a spicy taste to it, perhaps a cross contamination from a previous drink mixed in ? The coffee has a strange taste to it as well. Always give the benefit of the doubt and another chance. But each time. Something just tastes, off.

It was my first visit to this location and this is the terrible place to go and eat anything , I ordered bagels they were hard as stone upon returning them got the same hardest sesame bagels , coffee was made wrong , infact it had the worst taste , worst customer service esp the Big Guy there didnt seem to be bothered atall didnt even say sorry or anything , i spent 30 minutes in store just exchanging things and getting bad in return , from my side i would give a zero star and will never ever visit that store again.

The services used to be great until recently. Coffee has been cold most of the times but sometimes it’s good. But what urges me to leaving a review is because we have found long hairs in the coffee twice now. Considering drive extra 15 minutes to different Dunkin’.

Ordered a hummus toast and came to the window. There was an indian woman. (I swear they’re taking over all of the Dunkin’ donuts)Every exchange was her saying that she’d normally charge more. Even for adding more flavor to drink. I ask her for ketchup and she gives me 1 packet for a sandwich. I requested for more. I drive off and notice that there were no napkins. Like are you serious??? How stingy can you be. I don’t even think she’s the owner but she acted so cheap. I didn’t get her name but she needs to learn customer service skills. These people need to be retrained how to talk and provide for their customers, not act like thugs.

Placing a mobile order is useless at this location.. I’ve been a customer multiple times there, and majority of time I place a mobile order (15-20min, in advance), and it is never ready. Employees seem to not have seen a mobile ticket printed out for a mobile order. I hope you can improve that specific service because I am your customer atleast 2x a week and this matter really makes me think twice now to use your business or not. Thanks!

I’ve reviewed this location 2-3 years ago and nothing has changed since. Today I went to the drive thru, ordered a medium chocolate milkshake and was told to pull around front and they will bring it out. The parking lot was empty and I was the only one on the drivethru so I was confused but ok. I waited out front in the pickup area for 8 minutes, I finally went inside and there was no one behind the counter, no one in sight. I yelled “hello” and a young man came out from the back. Told him my time is worth more than my $6 and left. Truly a horrible horrible business

Awful service. Didn’t get half my order and went back to ask for a refund for the items I didn’t receive. Was treated rudely. Asked for a manager and was told there was none there. Left my number for when the manager came in and haven’t gotten a call in two days. My family and I will never return. We used to go all the time.

Love how Dunkin is always coming up with new menu items. However, they often bring these out for a limited time then end after a trial period. I got addicted to their Xtra charged coffee (extra caffeine via green coffee beans and it tasted and felt amazing – I’m talking super woman energy and no jitters), but they discontinued it. Wish they’d bring it back! This particular location has a very busy drive through. Best to order mobile to get the points for free beverages. This location is sometimes slammed and gets confused/backed up, but it might just be the staff on duty at certain times. I’ve seen the service levels waiver over the years we’ve been going. Some days are fine and others, well let’s just say they leave a bit to be desired.

I was taking a walk with my son…he is in a stroller, and is about 20 months old. We stopped at Dunkin to get a small cup of coffee and an ice cream cone. The ice cream was very loosely placed on the cone. As soon as my son grabbed it, the scoop of ice cream fell onto the floor. I went to pick it up, but they had no napkins in the dispenser so my my hands were very sticky afterward. There were three younger employees behind the counter who were joking around with each other but not paying attention to what was happening. I asked one of them to give me a replacement cone because the first one had been put on very loosely. I got the second time, but my son was getting very agitated and starting to whine and cry so I was distracted. I paid the bill and left, but thought the bill was a little high. When I checked the receipt later, I realized I’d been charged for two ice cream cones, although the first one had the ice cream placed very loosely on top. You shouldn’t have to pay for two cones if the employee made a mistake on the first one. Was also not happy that it was so hard to get any of the employees attention either. See attached receipt.
