I ordered online and after waiting more than 45 minutes when i asked one of the guy any idea how much time it will take he said no I don’t know. I was patiently waiting for another guy to answer but then saw that they both were making silly comments on me and when i asked why doing this the guy has started abusing me. It was so horrible and pathetic too. I just now saw the reviews and will never encourage anyone to go at this location. Ordered pizza at 3pm on the app to be delivered at 5:15. It came at 6:30. My babysitter ended up making a separate dinner prior to the pizza arriving. I called, spoke to the manager, who was put off by my complaint and offered a free pizza for compensation. We’ll see if it comes. He basically hung up on me to end the call. Bye! Bye Papa Johns!

I know there’s a lot of negative reviews, either ordering from doordash (which I do have lots of bad experience from it, so I get it), or the papa johns app itself. I started using papa johns app itself and so far its awesome for me. Orders are pretty quick, from 20 to 25mins, but I pick them up tho since it’s on my way from work. Sometimes you just gotta understand how many people order online so the workload is there. The app itself tells you what is happening to your order which is pretty cool. I get exactly what I ordered 🙂
