They’re completely rude on the phone and don’t have any respect for their costumers. I called the store back because the delivery driver mishandled my food and wouldn’t give me back my exact change they placed me on hold and said what can they do SMH poor costumer service!!!!

Evrytime I order pizza and ask for garlic sauce to make sure I get them, I get an attitude and told all pizzas come with garlic sauce. Today I trusted that word. Placed an order for 3 large pizzas and got 0 sauce. Called I’m to ask about it maybe get some sent to us seeing were 0.5 mile away. Both guys kept cutting me off and talking with a real bad attitude saying we have to order sauces specifically. Mind you while trying to explain what I was told prior to this order before. They kept just cutting me off over talking me and would not let me get 2 words out the WHOLE time. Very poor customer service. Mind you we tipped very well as we always do and yet I couldn’t even talk.

Their service is terrible I been waiting for my food for about 1hr 30min and the manager for the night 3/21/23 “Sal” didn’t do anything to accommodate my wait time… the driver refused to bring my food to the door as I was standing at the door waiting and he pulled off . So when you order online or over the phone that call isn’t to the actual store. They’re not there. The people taking the call really need to listen closely and really take care when taking our orders. They also need to be kinder to loyal customers who order often. We now know since we had to physically go to the location and see for ourselves that the call isn’t to a person live in the store. SMH hope that they correct the way they handle these call in orders.

ordering online is a waste of time they are still gonna put what they want on your order and even though I’m literally a 10 min ride they still take a hr and 30 mins sometimes more to deliver my food and then by time it gets to me IT’S COLD and when you call to see why there taking so long all they can tell you is the driver is out with the delivery!! And that’s IF they actually bring it! it’s nothing worse then being hungry waiting a hour or more for delivery to get cold food made incorrectly!!! I have given chance after chance and they still don’t get it right

I called my order in at 1:17pm, I called at 2:37pm so see where my food was, they guy said he had just left smh, my food didn’t come until almost 3pm he went to wrong address 2 blocks away! When he came he brought the wrong pizza so I called them 3x to see if the driver would come back with my food, they didn’t answer the phone until the 4th time but had me on hold for 20mins they guy called back at 3:25pm and said he was leaving the store and would be here in 5mins, it’s been a hour 4:30pm ♀️ he still hasn’t shown, never again will I order from here!!! Oh and I only live 1mile away.

Complete worst experience of my life. I ordered food for me and my kid. I stood at the door the driver pulled up and with the food hanging out the window. I said are you going to walk to the door he said no and pulled off?! I’ve never seen anything like that. I had my child with me I was not leaving him in the house. You couldn’t walk to my house?
