The staff are very polite, friendly and professional. The setting is romantic and the food is absolutely the best Italian cuisine I’ve ever had. Right down to their minestrone soup. Their roll are home made and hand rolled, they are soft, warm and chewy. Their marinara sauce is perfect and their meatballs are delicious. Their cream sauce is absolutely incredible! The flavor profile is like nothing I’ve ever tasted before. Their tiramisu is delicious, like eating a cappuccino cake with delicious custard on top.

We were on our anniversary and wandered in to Lanzas. We hadn’t heard of it nor did we have reservations. We were warmly greeted and assured we would be seated as soon as possible. Shortly thereafter, we were poured a lovely glass of Italian red wine with luscious warm bread and garlic butter as we waited. That amazing start continued through out the entire meal with equal grace and service. The food was so delicious and we cannot wait to come back. Thank you for making our evening a wonderful celebration!

Wow!! Fantastic in every way! The food, the help and the atmosphere. The owner greeted us, the place was packed so she bought us a glass of wine and brought us bread while we waited for a table. Unheard of! Love this place!

Great, friendly staff. Delicious food. My wife and I were finishing up as they were closing. We weren’t rushed at all. The staff even showed us their family members in the photos that are posted as decor around the restaurant. Very pleasant experience.

We arrived to Port Townsend by sailboat. Although reservations are recommended we made a last minute choice for dinner at Lanza’s. We took the local bus there and were greeted warmly and seated quite promptly. From there the experience continued perfectly. Excellent food was topped by the personalized care and service. It was our first time eating there and we will go again on our next visit to PT.

I come to Port Townsend as often as I possibly can from Renton Wa. and I always make time to have dinner here. The food is fabulous!!! Fresh ingredients and seasoned perfectly. I have had many different dishes from the menu and have been delighted by everyone of them. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, cozy and inviting. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help guide you through a most memorable meal. I very highly recommend this lovely, wonderful treasure of a restaurant!!!!!

Italian? Really? Okay, let’s just start with our first and only visit to this place. My wife, my son and I called ahead and asked if it would be okay to come without a reservation. Yes, was the answer and we arrived at 8:05 pm and we were promptly seated in an otherwise partially filled dining area. We ordered our meals and when the Alfredo that I ordered arrived, it was barely warm and appeared very thick. The Alfredo was really heavy handed and way too cheesy but oh well. We ate our meal and were greatly entertained by three gentlemen playing pretty damn good music. A while later the owner appears at our table and proceeds to remind us that in the future we should make reservations. At first I thought it was a joke but was quickly disabused of that notion. Loud enough for all around us to hear. Needless to say, we were mightily surprised and embarrassed.

This is our favorite restaurant. Food is always fresh and tasty. Service always great. On weekends sometimes there will be a piano player. Once in a while a bass player joins in. I love the Italian wedding cake. I love the spaghetti with mama”s meatballs or papa’s sausage.
