Ordered inside with minimal traffic. Ordered 1 classic pepp., extra most best thin crust pepp., and crazy bread. Took approx. 35 mins. to get. People who ordered after us got their pizza before us. Anyways, not sure what the problem was that day but I think I will find another location. The pizza was good.

Ordered a pizza online but when I got to the store, the front counter told me that they were behind (ok-it was Saturday. I got it) but when I asked how long it would be, he said he didn’t know. So that ticked me off a bit. Never got my pizza though and I was def charged. I tried calling the next day to just get a refund or at least the pizza.. no answer. Tried this route for 2days. Nothing.

I came in today at 6pm in response to seeing the ad for pretzel pizza hot and ready discount, which I didn’t get. I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni, both with pretzel crust and marinara. She asked me twice and I kept reiterating the marinara. After waiting half an hour for the pizzas and a 20 minute drive home I discovered that not only were the pizzas not cut through but they both had cheese sauce instead of marinara. I tried calling you and it went to a voicemail that was full. Very dissatisfied.

I’ve tried ordering piece 3x at this location in one week. EVERYTIME they tell me it’s a 15-20min wait for a traditional pep pizza (how is that hot & ready)??? I can understand every now and then a 5-10 minute wait bcuz of high volume……. It’s not what you say but how you say(as it relates to customer service). I grew up loving Little Ceasers is the crazy part.

The employee I dealt with was super friendly and helpful, however, the store was so dirty that I would not order from here. The “crazy sauce ” was in a bucket on the floor. I am pretty sure the health department would not approve this store to stay open. GROSS
