Stopped by for a quick lunch/snack and ordered the soup dumplings and chicken steamed dumplings. They were pretty good, the sauce served on the side and chili oil made the dish, without it, the dumplings would have been pretty dry/under seasoned. The soup dumplings were lacking soup.

I recently visited Ruyi Hand Pulled Noodle in Madison, Wisconsin and it was a fantastic experience. The soup I ordered was spicy and flavorful, and the hand-pulled noodles were perfectly cooked. The pricing was very reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of food served.

Amazing noodles. It’s not the most fancy venue, but it’s good for a quick casual noodle meal. I would’ve enjoyed the meal even more if the spicy noodles were a little bit more spicy but they still hit the spot.

really enjoyed this places noodles and their scallion pancakes are definitely the best I’ve ever had. kinda disappointed in the spicy broth as it was not flavorful, only spicy, but the regular broth was delightful. beef was so nice and tender and loved the portions.

Great little noodle shop. No frills, not expensive. Just good noodles. I had the spicy beef and it was great. Only thing holding it back from 5 stars is was I wish there was a little more beef and it was a bit salty. Otherwise, fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely delicious! 10/10, I got the spicy hot pot with rice noodles. Added a splash of soy sauce and it was perfect.

overall a decent place. i liked that you could get either hand-pulled or knife-cut noodles. the broth didn’t really have that deep of a flavor, and i felt that there could’ve been more meat overall. the egg was surprisingly delightful, and i loved seeing (pseudo)-unlimited cilantro and scallions at the self-serve station! i would definitely appreciate it if they came up with ways to improve the broth and make the noodles absorb the flavors better.

Your first impression might be misleading…the food here is solid. The hotpot is a great value…packed with noodles, meat and vegetables.

Decent Northwest Chinese style noodle soups, but portions are on the small end, so get the big bowl. The soup base is rather bland, but the best part is watching the cooks pull the noodles.

The dumplings (小笼包) are terrible. We had two hand pulled noodles they are amazing. I’ll only come back for the noodles
