The pizza and grinder sandwich was excellent along with two appetizers. The child seat given to us was nasty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. The server acted like we were bothering her. Not sure what the issue was, but it took forever for the waitress to come over to ask about drinks and then took 5 min to get them while she was chatting with another server for 2 min. The server never came over to find out how things tasted and we had to ask for plates to be removed.

We love the pizza here! The Grotto and 8 cheese are our personal favorites. The meatball and ricotta app is the best! We always enjoy the pasta dishes we get here. And definitely save room for dessert. Sometimes if you are dining in, service can be slow, so we just plan to eat in if we have the time. We do get takeout a lot and never have a problem. Thanks for making us great food!

The Grotto is the best! We’ve been coming here for years but recently had my sisters wedding after-party here. The staff was incredible. They accommodated our party, lets us play our own music, and went above and beyond to make it a special night. Casey, one of the managers, was a huge help. She helped us retrieve an item that was left behind the night of the wedding. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks Casey!

Service is terrible. I have been here 10+ times and each time we have either not been acknowledged or a 20+ min wait for a drink. Food is good most of the time but the service is dreadful. We had to order to go food and ate it at the table as the waitress refused to acknowledge us. ORDER FOOD TO GO AND ORDER DRINKS FROM THE BAR. If you are hoping to be waited on go somewhere else!

I’ve had numerous bad experiences here, including undercooked spaghetti, wrong orders, and waitresses that have completely forgotten about our tables. Most notably, however, is the lack of toppings you receive on your pizza. They charge $2 per topping for a large pizza and you’re lucky to get one topping on each slice. Is a tablespoon of pancetta worth $2? Are eight slices of peppers? They are not.

First time here. Came because our favorite bartender Charlie started working here! What a great place! So many things on the menu I want to try! Food was good! Can’t wait to try the pizza next. I had veal parm, others had shrimp scampi and calzone…everyone enjoyed their meal. Needless to say, drinks were soo good . So happy I will be coming back for the good food and get to visit Charlie!
