Great place to grab a quick bite. Lots of ways to customize so no matter your dietary restrictions, you can have a decent lunch.

I have only encountered one friendly employee at this location and it’s the gentleman who usually works the window in the morning. The (both visits) female I have had an encounter with is not friendly. I have smiled and said thank you and I get no smile back just a “have a good one” as my food is tossed at me rudely. I must say they aren’t even busy to be rude. Yesterday I forgot to order dressing and they didn’t even think to ask me if I needed some like the other location. I drove yesterday from broadway and the 101. So there was no going back for dressing I was on my lunch break. Bacon is also hard and has no flavor at this location compared to the other stores.

The pleasant staff needs to slow down when making wraps. Notorious for not evenly distributing ingredients. 1st bite straight mouthful of poblano peppers 7am… and she forgot the potatoes I requested.

Don’t know about delivery or drive thru, but the walk up experience was horrible. Food doesn’t look bad with the exception of the avocado. If you aren’t aware, walking up, they make you either download an app or order online. You can’t order at the window and no where to sit and wait. I ordered on website, after 10 minutes I checked on the order and the girl at the window said that order hasn’t come in yet. Near 20 minutes of waiting our order came out, about 20 cars went thru drive thru in same time.

I typically get an antipasto or Cobb salad, but decided to get the Greek salad this time. I lived in Greece for 4 years, so I know what a Greek salad is. I imagine my surprise when I discovered Blue Cheese in my Greek salad. I hate Blue cheese. NEVER, have I ever seen Blue Cheese in a Greek salad. Otherwise, this place is great, just don’t get the Greek salad.

Went to Salad and Go for the first time. It was amazing exceeded my expectations. Was greeted by a lovely lady named Katelyn. She brought such an inviting vibe and a big ol great smile like from the South where my home is.

This Salad and Go location is always top notch. They are so speedy! I’m always so surprised that they have my made to order salad with all the substitutions and additions ready by the time I get to the window, even if I’m the only one there! Their ingredients are fresh (mostly organic) and whether you’re getting a salad, wrap, bowl or burrito, you can’t go wrong. The drive through staff is very polite.

They have great customer service IN PERSON and the food looks great.. BUT.. they don’t let you call the restaurant if there’s a question. You have to email.. my husband is deathly allergic to bell peppers.. he got the Cesar and the chicken has red and green specks in the chicken itself. We need to know if there is bell peppers anywhere in this and it’s 6 miles away. Guess it’s going in the grabage.. thanks for not having a way to speak to someone there :/
