Pizza Hut has changed for the better under new management. The manager always makes sure my pizza is right and checks it when I pick it up. If it doesn’t look right, she fixes it or fixes my account every time. Pizza Hut is always what we use for our family of 12. The deals online like 1 large Andy topping and 1 large 3 topping coupon I use several times in one order when ordering online. Their food is always the best. They are backup sometimes because they don’t have enough workers so just be patient. If it’s a busy time such as dinner time, I’m aware it may be longer than one thinks it will be but I promise, it’s the best. The GM is always on point with making it a great experience and will let you know if they are short staff and always makes it up. Customers are her priority.

Place was cleaned. Service was on point. (We were the only customers there). We were informed that the AC was not working. It was a bit uncomfortable eating in a warm establishment.( 100 degree weather outside temperature.)

The pizzas that I ordered were not what I received. For $40 the quality could have been better on what I did receive. I did get an in store credit but I’m honestly kind of scared to go back. My grandson didn’t even want to eat his piece.

Ordered at 5:10 was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. Went to drive thru about 5:35 and it wasn’t really.. was told that I would be ready in 10 minutes so I waited for 10 minutes then drove back to the window and was told once again that it would be another 10 minutes. Unprofessional, and very, very slow!! Never would I go back and waste my time!!

Not sure why the rating is low but this is a great place to stop by. The wings have crispy shells and are juicy inside. The thin crust pizzas are very delicious and not heavy/oily at all. The manager is friendly and hardworking and recommends the deals that save me a lot of money. I would definitely come back again.

Called and ordered a medium pan pizza for delivery. They took my card information and said it will be 35 minutes for delivery. Waited a hour and called back to check the status on delivery. The woman who answered, said they did not have an order for delivery. She then said she would upgrade my pizza to a large and give it complementary, it should be delivered in 10 minutes. Then calls back and informs me the original employee that took my order didn’t finish completing the order. So she took my card number again and charged me for the large pizza that was supposed to be complementary. Almost 2 hours later we received the pizza. Will never give this place business again.
