Normally I would give Zaxby’s a higher rating because for the most part they are all organized and clean but this location definitely needs some renovations especially in the bathrooms. The staff was pretty good and the food was great as always though!

The food was standard zaxbys food, we ordered plain wings for my diabetic fiancé who can’t have all the fancy sauces that I love. The woman at the woman had a horrible attitude that translated through the speaker, she was short and impatient with us and at the window acted even more bothered. At the window she handed him his food and said “here” and closed the window. News flash, we didn’t fill out your job application for you. If you don’t like your job…get a new one, don’t be rude to people for no reason.

Ordered online app and checked into designated parking checked in as instructed. Waited 30 min then went to drive thru and my order had been sitting on the counter . It was Luke warm at best. Cashiers always have an attitude and they are always wrong : 6/18 today was better, staff was nice and trying to help food was good.

Drove down south for springbreak, and had to try Zaxbys as I’ve heard good things about it, and there’s no location by home. I waited over 20 minutes just for a chicken sandwich meal that was drenched in the specialty sauce. Other people ordered after I did that ordered mutiple meals got their food before i did. The chicken itself was okay the sauce was not good, and the fries were underdone and overseaoned. Seriously disappointed and will never return to any Zaxbys location.
