I ordered 3 bowls. All I got was 3 bowls with an abundance of lettuce and rice and maybe 2 pieces of chicken in each bowl. Lots of sour cream no guac that I ordered and got charged for. I will never order from them again. The worst experience ever.

So I came right as they opened for an early lunch and they didn’t have roasted veggies prepped yet. I ordered my usual bowl minus the veggies and found a seat. Some time later, one of the line girls brought me two cups of veggies. She didn’t have to, but she went out of her way. Thanks!

Don’t go within an hour of closing. Apparently they stop putting out and preparing food (beans, meat, sour cream, etc.). Tonight no more black beans, meat, or sour cream. They also stop rendering good customer service as a prerequisite for closing too. I’d love to speak with the regional manager, as I doubt that this restaurant is following general protocol. They also stop rolling burritos properly at 9:20, and will pack them full of lettuce because that’s an ingredient that will still be stocked. If you want a full meal with all of the available ingredients come before eight.

Extremely rude young people working here. My wife asked the kid making her burrito if he could cut her burrito in half and he refused she asked him again politely and he said he doesn’t do that to ask the lady at the register. My wife asked the lady at the register if she could cut her burrito in half again she was told no and then was told to do it herself, these people have no respect and should not be working in customer service where paying customers make these types of requests

Chipotle is chipotle, but some are worse/better than others. Unfortunately, this is one of those awful ones. I have given this location so many chances and every time it falls flat at the minimum. This last time I went was the final straw. Rice was undercooked, there was no pico or chips, everything was massively under seasoned. There was only 1 person in front of me and it still took 15 minutes. There was like 8 people working, most of them with attitude. I worked food service so I understand the busy days, but a person can only give so many passes. Boooooo

This is the 3rd time in the last several months I’ve ordered from. Each time forgetting how my experience was. Hardly any beans or steak in my bowl, and the person at the counter just lack of customer service… all 3 times. Avoid this Chipotle if you can staff doesn’t seem to care.

Overall good experience. We usually order online and pick up in store. It is quick and convenient. The location is close to us too. Food is good, but they will give you less food if you use points to get free sides.

The food was good other than the lettuce in my burrito being huge pieces of salad lettuce instead of the shredded lettuce. It made the burrito wet and soggy.
