Me and my dad love their sandwiches, but the should add soups to their menu like Subway has. What happen to the Jimmy Johns locations in Kendall area? 2 locations have CLOSED, 107 AV & 8 St & on Flagler St in a Publix shopping center.

Walked in and had to wait 3 minutes to even speak to someone only to find out they have no bread available… doesn’t seem like something a professional sandwich restaurant should ever run out of. One employee had his mask off around food and the other two did not seem to be doing anything while I was waiting. Love Jimmy Johns, but respectfully do not love this location.

We have lunch delivered to our office at least once a week. The variety, fresh ingredients and simple goodness of JJ subs reminds me of the delicious sandwiches I would get at my West Coast hometown Greek Deli a long, long, long, long time ago. Everyone is pleasant and speaks English or are fully bilingual so ordering over the telephone is effortless and quick. Good Food-Good People-Good Service = Return Customers Thank You

The employee making sandwiches was not wearing a facemask, I made a U-turn, would not eat there. Cashier didn’t have his mask on either until he saw me approaching the register. I’ve eaten there before, pre-COVID-19, sandwiches seemed fresh, good bread. Supervisor in charge of the store should be enforcing face mask rules for protection of employees and customers.

Love the JJ’s downtown, so I was close by and decided to try the one in South Miami. What a mistake. Place was filthy and tables were dirty. I ordered a turkey sub. Checked it before I left, no turkey on it at all, just toppings. Took it back. This time, it had turkey, but no toppings. I gave it another shot a few days ago on a Saturday, they were more interested in talking sports than taking orders. My sub wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Just go to Publix if you’re in that area.

Worst experience at this store. Placed an order not realizing the store closes at 4.. immediately called to cancel and they said they will fulfill the order anyway. I received a notification that my order has been delivered and it wasn’t.. Almost 2 hours later they delivered my order.
