We stopped in for the first time yesterday, based in the reviews decided to give Wingmans a try. The brisket was so tender and moist. A bit fatty, but that’s how I prefer mine, fell right apart. The Jalapeño cheese sausage was also pretty darn good. Not too spicy hot. Their roasted cream corn is amazing, about the best I’ve had. Well worth the visit.

We tried this place after reading the reviews. Me and my wife ordered the two meat plate of ribs and brisket. Our sides were potato salad and pinto beans. We also greedily ordered pecan pie, banana pudding, and peach cobbler. We truly enjoyed everything on our plates. The brisket was moist. The ribs were falling of the bones. The sides and desserts were all delicious. We highly recommend eating here as we will be returning customers. Also the staff greeted us with open arms. Every last member. Amazing staff and food.

Had the two meat plate served on a metal tray. Great moist brisket that I was almost able to have it melt in my mouth, definitely tender. Good BBQ sauce available but I just enjoy the bare meat with no sauce. Also had the Saint Louis pork ribs. The pork ribs were tender and sweet. Sides were roasted cream corn and baked potatoe. Enjoyed every bite. Restaurant was not busy Monday late afternoon.

We are barbecue stans and love to try new places. We happened to be out at Inks Lake and Longhorn Caverns so we looked up best BBQ around on the Texas Monthly app and found Wingman’s. I can tell you this one is in my top five places now and worth the drive on its own! The brisket was perfect. The ribs, which I am usually not a huge fan of, were delicious – truly “fall off the bone.” Also, we came in about 20 minutes before they closed, and not only were they very friendly but encouraged us not to rush. A+ !

My wife and I had a late lunch at wingman bbq. Oh goodness the food is great and the sauce is delicious. My wife and I couldn’t eat all of our lunch so we brought it home and ate it later and man still just as good. Definitely worth going back time and time again.

If I could give -5 I would. This is the worst place I’ve ever eaten at. Ordered pulled pork with 2 sides the only thing that was good was the salt packet. Long hair in the pecan pie. But if you like to eat fat this may be your place to eat. Where’s the inspector when you need one ?
