The ordering process (drive thru) was pretty cool, the young man and I had our recent move to TX in common, had a mini vent session about this heat!! Great vibe until after I get closer to home and decide to dig in the box to grab a fry…yet pull out this green piece of paper!!! At this point I’m SO OVER IT!!! I purchased the meal for myself and my two little people (not super hungry, we had a heavy brunch earlier) but being that this foreign object was in my FOOD BOX it was a wrap….could not eat nothing!!

Honestly I never leave reviews, I had to leave this one however. I understand wanting to go home after a long day believe me, this store has a sign on the door that says the lobby closes at 9pm, I approached the door before 9 and it was locked. There were 2 employees working and I knocked on the door because I had a quick pick up. They both acting like they couldn’t hear me knock a few times and then had to proceed through the drive-thru. It’s ridiculous that the hours of operation aren’t being followed when people are being paid to provide a service. Will not be returning.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. The staff is always busy since it’s the only KFC in the area, but the food has always been well made and still warm when i get it delivered. They forget a drink or sauce almost everytime but are happy to replace it or give you your money back (when ordering on uber eats).

The guy taking my order was too focused on the homeless man getting water than taking my order I had to repeat my order three times and he was being rude saying he didn’t hear what I wanted and after repeating myself he still got my order wrong and they had to give me some money back the lady was nice she was happy to replace it without hesitation since she overheard everything. The corn was a bit dry and one of my strips was too chewy I didn’t eat it but the rest of my meal was good. I won’t be going to KFC anymore I much rather have church’s chicken

I had the two piece combo. I had a 599 coupon she still charged me 729 because I was forced to go through the drive-through because the lobby was closed.. was soaked in Grease. Heart attack in a box. Do not visit this location. My brother and sister and I were in a couple of weeks ago and my brother asked for mashed potatoes without gravy and he was told he had to have gravy. never had a restaurant. Tell me I had to have something.

Straight garbage. They had me pull out front then I watched a bunch of other cars go out the drive-thru they finally brought my stuff and half of it was burnt to a crisp and the other half was ice cold they didn’t give me any of my sauces I’m at straight garbage. I went into eat chicken tenders that more like like chicken nuggets. I paid $8 for each plate of tenders for my sister. Then I had to order additional gravy for my tenders because they don’t come with gravy. That is the first time I ever went somewhere to eat chicken tenders and had to pay additional for gravy. So after we are done eating, my sister wanted a one piece of fried chicken which I was charged $3.50, But after receiving that tiny chicken leg realized the was a special of two piece of chicken for $3.00. Well I guess the person behind the counter didn’t even know about the special, but I guess you’re not there to save me a buck. These guys are just as bad as Panda Express cheating you of your money too. Check out my review in Panda Express their neighbor. I should of went to Chicken Express in the first place where they care to your needs and where treat you better.

By far the worse KFC I have ever gone too they ALWAYS get the orders wrong. You can say why keep going back well I only go back because I like KFC & they are the only one we have near by. But they are constantly hiring kids and the manager is a kid so can’t get any better if you have kids hiring kids.
