My family and I have always enjoyed Popeye’s, but tonight’s meal and service just wasn’t it. We had ordered chicken breasts and 2 shrimp meals. The shrimp was so dry and greasy, the bread slipped off of it because there was no shrimp attached to it. I’ve had cup noodles with bigger shrimp than the ones I’ve tried to eat today. The same goes for the chicken as well. There was hardly any chicken, like they over-fried everything or it was old and reheated. I physically feel nauseated on how much grease I consumed in my meal. We had to order another combo just to feel somewhat filled in our stomachs. I’m not sure if it was because there was a whole new staff in charge, or maybe they downsized their supply. All I know is we’re highly unsatisfied with what we had to work with. Even ordering another chicken on the side, one of the staff members, I believe was the only cook, had an attitude to fry another piece of chicken for us. We did not complain, just ordered on another ticket. But, with 2 meals back to back, both dry and greasy, with no meat, I found it only fair to express the loss of money and meals we had tonight. Hopefully Popeye’s hires new management, or a new crew all together, because the way they cooked our meals and their attitude towards us was not soulful as it should’ve been and I remember it being. Hire who knows what they’re doing please.

This was our first and last time here. I don’t expect much honestly, but…We were in a hurry and needed to be down the street in 30 min so thought we could stop for a snack. Got in at 3pm and finally ordered at 3:06pm despite no one in front of us. After 20 min and hearing them dinging happy birthday to a co worker, I went up and asked because we needed to leave. They were all eating cake and said “they just dropped the chicken in the fryer”. I asked if we could go ahead and get the fries and biscuits so my kids can eat some thing and they gave them to us but they were cold and hard. I went back up at 3:32 and they gave us the food. We took it in the car to go, and I gave it to my kids… Chicken was raw!

I have never been. Went through drive thru. Told her I was new and what she recommended and she just ignored it and just said what can I get you in an annoying voice. So I ordered. Got to the window. Not the same person, she was friendly. Got home and noticed I was missing one of my orders. Never got a receipt so not sure if I was charged for it or not. Food was good though

The wait is awful to order. Then you have to wait OVER 10 Minutes for 5 piece tenders. At 2 pm no chicken made and 4 employees. Save your time and go somewhere else. It’s happened numerous times.

It’s a hit or miss, service is usually pretty good, but I hate they don’t make online orders ahead of time, cuz they use a get an order make the order method, so online ordering just skips the ordering process, if they’re busy you still have to wait in line then when it’s your turn they’ll get your printed receipt & make your order, they don’t even read it beforehand so it’s not uncommon for them to have to wait on food for the order to be made, might as well just order there.

Nobody spoke English clearly ,it was 8 people in there that orders was messed up it took about 45mins to get our order and when we got home our order was wrong too this store used to be the best one around when Rachel was the manager. It’s terrible now I won’t go back to this one again

My visit recently was terrible! The young employee that waited on me couldn’t speak English. Kept adding food to my order that I didn’t order. Wouldn’t get anyone else that could possibly understand me. I was beyond frustrated and just drove off.
