Never really been a fast food guy myself and I had in the past remembered McD’s as the place with food cheaper than dirt that didn’t even look real and I am happy to see that is not at all the case. The food isn’t too expensive and they tend to have it ready in a somewhat timely manner and it’s both looks and tastes real, and quite good. Shorter wait time 7/10, Price 8/10 Taste 7.5/10 customer service/employees 9/10

This is the worst experience i have ever had at a McDonalds. We were excited to try out the new McDonald’s But little did we know that it would take 30 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers and fries. A small fry at that.We got there and ordered wasn’t that bad until we pulled up to the window and they gave us our drinks then said to pull up to the next window. 5 cars behind all got their food before we did. I even had to call them to get my food Finally they gave me our food. Probably the worst experience at any fast food place. I do not recommend this McDonald’s

This was the worst McDonald’s that I’ve been too. Everything was automated. You couldn’t not get help. After standing there for a while ,there finally was a girl to see about the gentleman that was in front of us. She acted like we were all bothering her. There were other people behind us. Finally getting our orders ,she brought them to us at the table. I asked for sweetener and a small mayo, which she forgot. She was very rude. The top bun on my fish was all wrinkled looking and flattened.

Waited literally 50 minutes from the time we ordered in the drive thru to the time we received our food. No explanation or apology for the wait either. I was kind because I understand staffing, but come on, at least have some customer service and thank me that I waited so long and paid full price for my food without a stink.

A little bit sterile in my opinion, as there are no exterior trash cans, intentionally little parking, double drive-throughs, nothing for the customer to prepare or retrieve whatsoever — from no drink machine, ice, ketchup, straws, napkins, nothing. It all come from the counter. Emphasis is on mobile or kiosk ordering. But it’s the same as ever and the employees are friendly and fast.

Worst McDonald’s in town, or maybe even in general. It would be faster to go sit down and eat at a restaurant than go through their drive through. The food is mediocre at best, and most of the time something in my order is wrong. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

the one on south greeley sucks. they are super slow. they never have anyone on front counter. they will all look over at you and look away and pretend they didn’t see you. they don’t get any orders correct. they don’t bag the food correctly. they are sloppy. you need to train your workers better and maybe have you mangers on floor more instead of sitting in the office in the back

I’ve been the only one in the drive through at 5:30 AM and the wait has been over 20 minutes the last two times I went. the first time they forgot half the order so I had to go inside to get it corrected. The last time I ordered a number 2 with a large coke. I got the order and it was the coke and the sandwich, so I go inside and ask for the hash brown. The kid proceeds to ask for my receipt 5 seconds after he just handed me my food, knowing full well he never gave me a receipt. He then prints the receipt and says I only ordered a sandwich and a coke, which leads me to believe they are ringing the sandwich , drink and has brown separately( but forgot the hash brown) to get more money. They don’t care about losing me as a customer because there’s a hundred more people to replace me. But this new location is terrible and I for sure won’t go to that one ever again.
