Is a manger she is suppose the up hold the highest standards and that she doesn’t display at all . I have been frequenting Dunkin Donuts for over 20 years. Usually I’m satisfied with the service, value, and quality. This location does not meet the standards that I have come to know from DD. Here at 11 am with only 2 visible employees, one of which is allowing customers to skip the line for drink orders. Total 9 donuts visible and none in the back. Did not have bagel minis, which have become one of our favorites. This location has gone down hill and I will not be coming back

Let me take back all the good stuff I might of said before. This place has the worst customer service. They have a shot clock for kids to make orders and start pressuring their guest like people arent spend money, but when they are under staff people are okay with it but its a issue when its the customer deciding what to order. Dont support rude people in this establishment. A gross misuse of power behind the counter.

This store has great potential, you can tell which days the seasoned veteran workers are present because I’m in & out in less than 5min. Especially the young lady with gold ends on her hair, pardon that I never got her name, she knows my order before I even say good morning. My drinks are made to perfection every time so I’ve got to commend them. I’m told the so-called manager, Allie, is never available every time I asked to speak with her. And when she is there she has her son running around as she is chasing after him. They need to properly train the new people and get them accustomed to customer service instead of service with an attitude. Hopefully, this store praises and rewards the people that work and retrains the people that fall short.

Ordered Uber Eats from this location and my drink wasn’t completely full! Plus it just tasted like straight up milk. Maybe a little more matcha next time.. we also didn’t get straws. The donuts were perfect so there was some good out of this order but I was really looking forward to my FULL drink :/

Horrible service. 7 people on the line, and one cashier who doesn’t know much probably training. Since the manager comes from the back twice because the cash register isn’t working. He goes back to the back like there is no people frustrated on the long time waiting line. Sucks. . No going back there with that service for a coffee.
