Usually pick up my pizza after I order on the Dominos ap, my las visit was when they advertised half off all pizzas ordered on the app and picked up at the Domino’s location. After ordering my medium Hawaiian pizza on the app, I drove there to pick up my pizza. upon arriving I realized I was charged full menu price. I questioned the cashier and he told me I needed to apply a coupon when I ordered. I stated that it said ALL pizzas were half price when ordered on the ap. He refunded half my money back on my card. He then said my pizza wasn’t ready yet. I sat inside the door and waited for 19 minutes until they said it was ready. after driving away, we opened the box to start eating and the pizza was barely warm, like it had set around and got cold. Clearly the manager that refunded my money was angry, and retaliated….

Just don’t. Order it after an hour said no drivers so pick it up and said adjust tip and delivery charge. They then told me the total, it was more than the total with delivery and tip!!! I said nope. Want a full refund after waiting 1.5 hours after going to the store. And two employees sitting down at the dumpster young Mexican guy and blonde white young girl. While ONE person making food and didn’t wash hands. The main picture is with tip, the voided one was after pick up!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give this location zero stars but it’s not possible. It took over an hour for my pizza to arrive. When it got here. There was no cheese or sauce in the middle of our pizza.

This is a terrible location. Delivery was 2 miles from this location but arrived 45 minutes late. Pizza was dried out and looked like it was made hours earlier. Save yourself the frustration and order somewhere else. ZER0 STARS

I ordered 3 pizzas on the Domino’s app for delivery at 5:23pm. The pizzas arrived at 6pm. One of the pizzas was an HAM, olive, and pepper. The label (pictured) was correct, but there was not a single scrap of ham.

This has been a constant issue and has only got worse. 90min wait, when online said 30mins. Ordered 2 specialty pizzas, got 2 cold, 2 toppings, completely wrong. Driver didn’t say anything, tried calling, after 15mins hung up. Guess everyone else is having the same issue and trying to find out where their food is too.

Something happened when I was ordering online that canceled my order, but when I went in they were super helpful and went ahead and expedited my order. They got four pizzas ready for me in 15 minutes! And that’s definitely something they didn’t have to do since it wasn’t really their fault.

Really? Order cancelled? Cancelled with no call or notification as to why. I suspect our teenagers just want to get home to their mom’s basement. They want to close up shop early despite the hours of operation already being set by corporate. It’s a shame. This generation has no work ethics.
