The drive thru line was so long so I decided to go in. I waited a long time for them to get to me. I am giving all the staff that were working today 5 stars even though I had a long wait. They were slammed and working well as a team. I have managed 2 restaurants and never seen a team work together under stress so well. Not to mention they were so apologetic for the wait, etc. If corporate is reading this please get them additional staff on. They were doing the best that they could under the circumstances. One woman seemed in charge and was delegating and was doing an awesome job and her staff was listening and doing as she directed. Just too much volume for the amount of staff on. I felt bad for the workers there today thus the review. Keep doing what you are doing but seriously corporate get them help. No one should work this hard for minimum wage.

Worst Dunkin ever. The drive thru takes 1 car at a time to the window, then gives them their stuff and then takes the next person’s order. Going inside is not any faster. The staff seems high and they’re rude. They need to hire all new staff. Nobody has 20 to 30 minutes to waste in the morning.

This location needs more staff. There’s no good reason for it to take 15 minutes to get through the line to the pickup window. I’ve visited several Dunkin’ Donuts locations, and this one is the one location that consistently requires 15-20 minutes of sitting in line at the drive through. The staff is great, but this location needs another person. They always seem to be down one or two people.

HATE, the express pick-up drive thru lane that allows people to cut you in line. Anyone who uses it avoids eye contact with you as they round the corner, startle you because they took it to tight, and stick the nose of their car in front if yours, now blocking both drive lanes and THE EXIT that just goes around building. How much time does it really save to order ahead? How many accidents have happened because people are lirerally cutting in line? It makes me not want to go there. Why cant the person who ordered ahead walk in and grab it, or i dont know just wait in the drive thru line, like all humans do when a line forms? I’ve seen an older woman get out of her car and knock on the drivers window because her horn wasn’t attention grabbing to this younger girl blocking an exit..she asked the girl to move because she was blocking the exit.. she’s literally like “I’m not in the way, I’m in line” and rolled up window, she blocked the woman into an area she could barely back out of because other cars collected and were trying to exit as well. I’ve seen nothing but attitude from express users and your employees HATE the express people also, messing up the taken orders by jumping in line.

Worst dunkin in America. Eho ever owns this business doesn’t give 2 craps about the customers. Went here this morning at approximately 5:15am, it’s a 24/7 location. Sat at the drive thru for 3 mi uses with no answers and no cars infront of me.

Not everyone that works there is rude but there is one girl there her name starts with a S long brown hair, that works in the morning, I didn’t get to see her name fully but she is the rudest person ever I have ever dealt with from dunkin. I went there a couple of weeks ago and said my latte looked light in color that was it just a few words and she immediately jumped down my throat and said you can have a refund we are not remaking it, do you see the amount of cars behind you, talked to me like I was a child. Those lattes cost 5.00 dollars a customer has the right to complain and if a few cars in your drive thru and some one saying a latte looks light in color sets you off maybe you need another job. She literally went crazy on me. I deal with peoples lives for a career and I’ve been in much more stressful situations than over a coffee. I would never talk to someone like that in my life.

Not enough staff. Unseemly long wait times in drive through. Going in doesn’t help as sometimes they refer you to go to the drive through.

The fact that it takes 5 employees 25 minutes to make a sandwich and two coffees is absolutely appalling. The service has drastically fallen in the last few weeks, and keeps getting worse everyday. And don’t even waste your time putting in an online order, saves absolutely no time. Even one star is far beyond what this place deserves.

A 50 minute long drive-thru experience with only 5 cars ahead of me. Woulda just hopped out of line but already paid with mobile ordering (although I wish I just took the loss and left anyways). By the time I got to the window they had lost my order…no biggie, repeated my order, & employee was swearing in conversation and just saying very strange things … super weird, unpleasant experience.
