The thing I love about this Carl’s Jr and most Carl’s Jr.’s is the fact that the drive through is 100x faster than any McDonald’s and in n out. The burgers are also much better. Great service. Always clean atmosphere. My favorite is the double western bacon cheeseburger. The fries are better than McDonald’s and I’m n out fried in my opinion.

I’ve come here plenty of times and never had any issues until today. I never mind having to park at the front to wait a little extra time for my food but we had to wait a pretty long time. After he brought us the food we realized that their was one item missing. I walked inside to ask for it and this girl working there had a rude miserable look on her face as if I was the problem. The guy apologized and the apology was sincere but the girl had no respect for her customer. Then I got home and my burger was cold. Not even warm. Super odd. Won’t be back and will be sure to fill out the survey on my receipt about this matter.

I always order the same items around the same time 715pm and 430-5am. I always get a double western or a super star both no sauce and for breakfast I order the breakfast burger combo. I’m a regular customer but your night crew absolutely has the worst service and employees. They always get my order wrong. Either they charge me for a double western and give me a single western. Or they add sauce when I tell them I want it dry. Easily in the last 4 transactions this has happened. Whoever works in the early morning should get a raise super great employee. But your night crew needs training and customer service help.

I would like to highly advise this particular Carla Jr location is extremely racist. The male manager refused to service me b/c I didn’t physically have my coupon but I have a Hispanic neighbor who doesn’t use them at this exact same location all the time. The manager also denied me his name, & corporate information.The gay male who worked the service window was extremely rude and lied about calling the police on me to intimidate me. If you any race other than Mexican I suggest you avoid this location b/c they discriminate & have poor customer service & talk Spanish in front of you while laughing.

With fee exception, most fast food places have people in the back that barely understand English. I doubt they can read it because they don’t speak it. I say this because they almost always mess up my order. And then when thr e front line Person speaks to them its in spanish.. like come on.. they charge too much money to have people messing up simple stuff like a burger.

It’s hard to place an order with someone that doesn’t speak English. Definitely a communication barrier. Because of that the lady got my order wrong. Luckily I had her repeat the order. Totally not what I asked for but she did make it right. It’s good to get help that speak the lay of the land.

I went through the drive -thru on 2/27/2021 and was asked to park. It seems that everytime I come here it the same thing there trying to save window time I spend lots of money at this establishment and for the poor customer service and food quality is horrible today. I don’t complain but today was my last time I ever come back! I’m not sure if the young lady name on her name tag is correct but it says Karen, she a latina who was the shift manager. But little to none of professionalism I believe that she needs more adequate training on customer service. There alot of people who need work but people like this individual should be grateful that they have income. Also the Charbroil chicken burger was undercooked I just through it away i wasn’t going back to deal with people who don’t take there job seriously. Ownership should consider to hire outside consultants and replace entire staff. Due to probably hiring family members of co-workers allegedly. Mind that we have a United States military base across from it. And these men and women who serve deserve the good customer service and food quality. We can’t let our first responders and miltary down. This establishment doesn’t deserve not even a star!!!
