i was there for my friend’s birthday party and the vibes were amazing! The beautifully decorated interior is what really sells the place! As well as the excellent food and exceptional customer service!!!The food is delicious. I got the grilled salmon with rice and fries. It was all so good! The salmon, rice, and fries were so flavorful and tasty. The french fries were crispy, perfectly-seasoned, and so yummy. I couldn’t get enough of them! The food my friends ordered was also so delicious and yummy. Also, the ambience is amazing. Phoenicia is such an awesome and beautiful place with amazing music. The live singer was great! He kept the crowd hyped, the place was lit! Beautiful restaurant and hookah lounge. Great vibes, lively and upbeat atmosphere. Our server was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure our group was always happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. Our waitress was very attentive throughout the night and was always coming by to check on us and help us out right when we needed it! The friendliest staff. The servers were amazing! Atmosphere, customer service, and food at Phoenicia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Well organized establishment and very fun, chill, relaxing and energetic place to be! I highly recommend this place. Had a great time with social groups. Great to bring family from out of town . The food is tasty. Tonight the DJ had everyone dancing out of their seats….highly recommend the fish platter or Mejadara(lentil rice).

First time visit to this exceptional spot. Everything was perfect, from the dining area to the service, and the food/Hookah. It was delectable and authentic to the craft. I live pretty far away (90 minutes) but would make it a point to visit again and bring company/folks who have never been. Great way to spend a Friday night. Would also make a great place to rent for a concert and larger event/party IMO. I mean, if they catered to my genre of artist, I would book them there in a heartbeat and host an event. The lighting system I was looking at was top notch.

The staff were not welcoming. I was given chicken shawarma with only one piece, yet the pic shows the dish differently. It is over priced dishes with small portions. The most strange thing they printed the bill with 18% tip. We were not satisfied and we discussed with server , she said : we do that with Arab!!!! Do not recommend them at all.

This was not a good dining experience at all. The food is over priced for the insanely small portions that are not filling what so ever. The meat is often over cooked. The service staff is unfriendly and they make you fight in a war just to get some water. The only reason it’d be worth going here is if you like hookah.
