I’ve been going to Papa Murphys for 25 years and will never go back to this particular store again. From start to finish this was an unsatisfactory experience. The on-hold music played the same teeth grinding six bars for over five minutes then the person taking the order absolutely could not understand that I wanted triple sausage on my pizza. When the pizza was unwrapped for the oven, there wasn’t even enough sausage to have three pieces on each slice and so little pizza sauce the crust was unpalatable. The crust was so skimpy it didn’t even go to the edge of the baking tray. This is the second time my family has used this store and both times we were horribly disappointed. Don’t go here, use the Smokey Point or Marysville store.

We got a family size Hawaiian and asked for extra cheese. The server insisted it had extra cheese and the cheese was on the bottom. The pizza burned in the oven cooked at the required time and there was very very and I mean very little cheese. This is the second time this has happened to us at Papa Murphy’s. One in Stanwood and once in Smokey Point. There was a time when Papa Murphy’s was good and you asked for extra cheese and you got extra cheese. The chain has gone downhill trying to cut costs. We will not get pizza here again.

This place went completely south it used to be hit and miss now don’t bother wasting your money i order extra sauce every time and then switched to double sauce to maybe avoid a miss understanding by seeing x and sauce and still get little to no sauce most of the time so today I emphasized the sauce problem and instead of just getting it right I got no sauce again it will be the last time I go there. Just go to jimmy’s down the road approximately 3 miles west spend a few extra bucks and get exactly what you order cooked to perfection with great service

3 times in a row now, our orders have been messed up! This last pizza we ordered was a medium Hawaiian Dairy Free Pizza with spinach and black olives. The boys brought the pizzas home and my Hawaiian Dairy Free had spinach and black olives, but missing the Canadian Bacon and pineapple. So over ordering from this location!!!

We were very excited to get the Outlaw new pizza. When o came in to pick it up, I didn’t even recognize it because it basically looked like a plain cheese pizza. I then saw some Fritos (barely) but took it anyway after cooking it, I had to go back to the menu to see what was supposed to be on it. Brisket? What brisket? Cheetos? Maybe less than a dozen. This was basically a garlic sauce and motzerella version of a plain cheese pizza. Th other person sharing the pizza with me asked was this supposed to have cheese on it? ‘nuf said.

Ordered pizza with extra topping cheese. When I picked up, there was no extra cheese. I asked and said that I paid for extra topping and was told she put 3 times the amount. This was not true! It had no extra cheese. I order the same every week, and know if it’s extra or not. Most weeks it’s good, but this lady was rude. The other lady working said she would make it right, the rude lady said no its fine and wouldn’t fix it.

Ordered a thin crust got regular, ordered less sauce,got so much it was oozing out the sides. After waiting 25 minutes to get the pizza she asks if i want to wait for them to make another one? Are you kidding? This place has gone so far down hill. It’s alway a mess, their work area is a mess . Really a sad place to come too. Won’t be back.

Called in last night to get my replacement pizza after my last one wasn’t made correctly. My replacement pizza had so much sauce it was horrible. The crust wouldn’t cook right due to the amount of sauce. Unedible… so disappointed.
