I have to give a shout out to the manager that took over 8 months ago. I wish I can remember her name, she has turn this restaurant around. As a dasher we see a lot of what goes on in the restaurants we go to. From all the time going I didn’t want to eat there.i started seeing an improvement at the store and notice there was a lot of turn over, seeing the people she was bringing in, it started to improve, it ahs taken a little time, she should be proud of herself on what she has done. I have been back to eat here and had a great conversation with the manager and she is dedicated to to keep improving all the time. The food is a whole lot better.

I go there super super often some of the people there already know me by name. Every time I go my order is perfect and there has never been an issue. Everyone has always been very nice and friendly. I tried to place an order today and the guy who answered the phone was so incredibly rude I understand that maybe it was rush hour but there was absolutely no reason to be so rude. Had a nasty attitude and tone and kept rushing me.

On August 6, 2023, I called in a combo mix and match order to Wingstop. This consist of boneless and bone in wings. I ask the bone in to be all flats. I was told the order will be ready in 30 minutes, the normal time is 12 to 15 minutes. Someone from Wingstop called to confirm my order for all flats and stated there was going to be an up charge for ordering all flats. I agreed to the up charge. When I get to Wingstop I paid for my food when I looked at my order it was wrong. There were no boneless wings and there were drums and flats. I was charged for all flats and I did not get what I was up charged for. When I expressed to the cashier about my order being wrong she instantly got an attitude and told me thats what I ordered. I told no that’s not what I ordered. I told the cashier to refund my money back. The cook came and ask if he could remake the order for me, I agreed. I witness the cook take old fries that were sitting out on the counter and put them back in the fryer to refry them. Then I witness the cook take fresh fries and mix them with the old fries and was filling orders with the old and new fries together. When I confronted the cook he denied what I just witness. I ask the cashier to refund my money back she told me she could not refund the money back I ask for my money back in cash she would not give me my money back. I asked for manager she said the manager was not there. I told the cashier to call the manager on the phone because I need my money back. The cashier said she called the manager 17 times he never answered the phone. I asked for the manager name the cashier only provided the manager’s first name. I left the resturant with no food or my money. The cashier was very nasty and rude, using profanity toward me. The cashier was very hostile toward me. They refuse to debit my money back to my debit card. This store should be shut down. The customer service is the worst I ever experienced.

Horrible burnt fries, I was told to just eat them anyway by the employee, sad to say I will not be returning here. When you advertise something your product should at least be close,and when it’s not you could at least make it right. Really …just eat them … is what I was told by the employee, not to mention the cook was wearing pajama pants and not a hair net in site. The restroom door is also broke.

The food is good, only when they actually remember that your order is there but more often than not it depends on who’s working and it seems that the cook has a priority on, rather making his own food and taking it to his car, then making food for the customers. My food sat there for over six minutes because the worker didn’t want to bag the order and would rather take his own food to his car.

This the only wing stop I have problems at. They act like it’s a problem when u ask for fresh food when it’s their job to provide FRESH FOOD!!! If u don’t like your job get another one.!!! If u live In Montgomery County go to ANY OTHER WINGSTOP .

Ordered Online fries and fried corn got there 20 minutes after order and i recieved email confirmation it would be 17 to 21 minutes i get there and they didnt have my order ready and told me they would drop the food now i said no yall can keep it and walked out .4 employees standing around looking like they have no clue amd cant get some fries and corn in 20 minutes then they want me to wait another 20 ?
